Worst El Pollo loco ive been to. Tonight the trash is over flowing outside littering into the parking lot…. and it was so smoky inside that the fire alarm went off and they had to open all the doors and the fire department showed up. Its always something with this place.

It’s been so many years since I’ve eaten here. It did not disappoint. Even my picky husband filled his face. He was very satisfied. I’m thrilled we have one in Kingman. This is our new hot spot ❤️

Typical fast food location but I think the food is a step above other fast offerings. I really like the pollo bowl but the 2 or 3 piece dinner is pretty good as well. Counter service is sometimes slow, with only 1 server the line can get a bit long.

I’ve ordered pickup/delivery meals three different times, and I’ve had problems with all of them. The first two were shortly after the restaurant opened so I have them the benefit of the doubt. Saturday I ordered the third time for pick up and it was 20 minutes late, drinks weren’t provided and chips were missing. Unfortunately, this was the last time I’ll order from this restaurant.

Christine was absolutely amazing, we had a mishap with an order and after calling she had us come in and she corrected it right away. Great customer service and handled things with an extremely pleasant demeanor. Kingman is lucky to have her in their store.

Super dry chicken, the girl at the drive thru had no clue what was going on.
We go to the speaker to order she even repeated the order. Got to the window and she had only rang up 2 items not 4. It was painful trying to get her to get the order correct. We even specified no salsa on the tostada bowl (I can’t eat raw tomato’s) , and still they put salsa on it. We asked for corn tortillas and she kept waking how many packs we want and we asked her 3 times how many come in a pack so we could say.
I could understand if she was brand new but based off other reviews she is not brand new. Sadly this was my very first time ever going to an el pollo loco, such a disappointing first ever experience. My husband didn’t even want to eat his meal because of mine being ruined.

The El Pollo Loco has great food, generous portions, and friendly service — no complaints there! But for such a big chain, it’s surprising they don’t offer a military discount.
Less than 1% of Americans serve, and it would be a simple, meaningful way to show appreciation. Hopefully they’ll consider adding one in the future — it would make an already great experience even better.

This picture is exactly what i received for $15… Horrible double chicken avocado salad. Wasn’t double portion chicken at all… 2 slices of mushy avocado, wet and wilted lettuce. Driest chicken I’ve ever tried.. literally gave my food to the farm chickens I was so disappointed i wasted my money.. employee at the drive through window was slow to take my order, told me to turn my truck off so she could hear my order a third time after she already repeated it back to me.. I have a 6 month old in the back seat that needs AC on… then she didn’t even talk to me at the window just passed me my food….

Even tho I didn’t take pictures the food was good. I got a chicken bowl with avocado slices the lady charged me $1. 60 for 2 extra slices I feel like that was ridiculous. The habernaro chicken was nasty it taste like mustard.
