I love the chicken costa from pollo loco, so I ordered one here. It was good, but not as good as it was before. There’s been somo changes in the type of sauce or there’s something different in the way they prepare the tostada now. The place looks clean and the attendants are nice.

The food was just okay. Average. It’s been a while since I’ve gone to an El Pollo loco. He was very nice friendly. He forgot my fork so it was kind of a pain to eat my mac and cheese and coleslaw but I did.

Wow. I was so out off from a cali visit that I want sure if I would do it again. Glad I did! This location serves it up juicy, hot and delicious. I had the three piece. Came with two sides and choice of tortillas. Chicken was great. Rice and beans. Were just okay. But use your imagination and it altogether in a tortilla and zing! Or just chomp on some grilled chicken. So.good. 3 piece is about 13 or 14. Wife had a burrito and a soft drink. She took half home. Total was 29ish

Get your act together El Pollo Loco!! I only order the Double Chicken Avocado Salad – I love that dang salad! But for the 2nd time in a year I was given something else – a bowl maybe. But I didn’t discover the mistake until I opened my order – about an hour later. So disappointed. And that poor slimy little avocado slice – nasty!! You may not have lost a customer…yet, but I will be a PITA ensuring that you got my order right. And that the poor lonely little avocado slice is still green.

TINY pieces of chicken! The employees are in general great, the food is usually delicious. Salsas are good and so are the tortillas. I just have a problem with the prices/size of the chicken/amount of meat you get for the money. Its a good quality product, but the chicken is so small its like its pigeon not chicken. For the price they charge the pieces should be double the size at least. Either lower the prices (which we all know will NEVER happen), or start buying normal sized chicken. Its a shame, all I ever get from this place now is the $5 Pollo bowl (which is also super skimp on the meat), because when I’ve bought an actual meal for super high price I get tiny pigeon parts. Either bring in bigger chicken pieces, or lower the price. Nobody wants to pay your prices for tiny little pieces that don’t in any way fill you up. Prob why this place is always dead with no customers. Shame, I feel like it’ll close soon simply because of the size to price issue, when I totally want it to thrive.

It was so expensive. I ordered a family meal and then realized you would have been $10 cheaper to just order two four-piece meals. When I said something to the staff, they looked at the menu as though it was in another language.

Yummy healthy options. I got the Street Corn Double Pollo Fit Bowl, and it was delicious and a big portion! Lots of chicken. It’ll be my new go-to menu item. I like that there are nutritious options, and you can see the nutritional information online. The cashier (Aryeh) was nice. The dining room was clean.
