Stopped in to try one of the new burrito bowls and to get some grilled chicken….that’s not how it went. Instead was given microwave chicken, nothing was really fresh. Definitely was a letdown.

I had a chicken taco al carbon. It did taste good, but not worth the price for one small taco. I also had the Mexican Caesar double pollo salad. It tasted good and was a good value for the money. Even more so because I used a coupon.

Bathroom was nasty. If I would have seen it before we ordered we would have LEFT! Dirty tables with cleaning bucket sitting on one. Food was bland, mild salsa was bland, pico wasn’t exciting, rice had no flavor, chicken was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor, bean juice completely saturated my bowl. Food was so unappealing and not enjoyable so we refused to finish our food. Compared to the other locations (Avondale and Buckeye) this was very disappointing. There is a serious need for MANAGEMENT at this location. The music was too loud and the employees clearly don’t care about customer service or doing their job. Especially when people enter the lobby!!! Welcome people and don’t leave them standing there wondering who is going to help them. With us in the lobby and 1 car in the drive thru I’m sure they weren’t that busy. Nobody walked around cleaning tables or checked the restaurant in a good 20-30 minutes. There was NO ice tea at 5:45pm. Tons of places to eat around there!!!

Went here because the app gave $7 reward!! Best part is you can get anything off the menu and if its over $7 you pay the difference. This place is clean and Naomi and John were really friendly. Naomi was very helpful with explaining how to use and earn the rewards. We will be back!!

Service was prompt I ordered the Double Chicken Bowl I can tell right off the bat that the portion size wasn’t right. It looks about 5-6 oz of chicken when it’s supposed to be 8-9oz. I know this because I am counting macros.

I got a chicken burrito bowl to take out and it was terrible. The chicken looked like unwanted discards that were unrecognizable to me. Two thirds of the bowl was cold rice. No more Pollo Loco for me! Do better!
