I stopped by the drive-thru around 8 PM at the El Pollo Loco on 4325 W Bethany Home Rd in Glendale and had such a great experience. The girl who helped me was incredibly sweet, polite, and welcoming from start to finish. She took my order patiently, repeated everything back to make sure it was correct, and had such a positive and genuine attitude.
It’s not every day that a drive-thru interaction feels this warm and professional, especially during the evening rush. She honestly made my night better.
I hope management recognizes her because employees like her truly make a difference and keep customers coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

Honestly never eating here again. From the short interaction I had with the cashier I could tell they just didn’t care about their job. The food was hot, but it was skimpy. I took a bite of my 9 dollar chicken quesadilla and ate mostly tortilla and sause. I was still hungry after eating a waste of my time and money.

The food is delicious don’t get me wrong. Love everything here. But for a double chicken tostada. The amount of chicken is very minimal. I should have just got the regular and probably had more chicken. So sad. The chicken is the best part!

10/10/13 1600hrs $10.99. Large chicken tortilla soup with 2 avocado orders. Soup was perfectly seasoned! Excellent chicken and vegetables mixture. Fresh ingredients for sure! My only issue is this place is dirty, I’ve been here before and it seems it’s never clean.

Friendly staff and very clean, but the chairs could be a little more comfortable. Environment was friendly and relaxed. Food was excellent awesome flavored and came out warm. I highly recommend this place. Oh one problem was communication I can’t eat onions and ordered with no Pico to avoid that, but it did come with it. They were good enough to fix it. So over all it was good.

Only gave 4 stars because they cut the wings in half for meals. Not whole pieces but still delicious. Nicely seasoned, pinto beans and rice is good.

The restaurant was empty, and the service was too slow even though I was alone, the workers did not serve me quickly and I paid for a combo and the combo looked like normal order, the truth was that I was disappointed with that service and despite only being three customers they were not fast and could not even fulfill the order
