Friendly staff and very clean, but the chairs could be a little more comfortable. Environment was friendly and relaxed. Food was excellent awesome flavored and came out warm. I highly recommend this place. Oh one problem was communication I can’t eat onions and ordered with no Pico to avoid that, but it did come with it. They were good enough to fix it. So over all it was good.

Was helped by Anna who was very rude over a basic coupon. Never met someone here so blatantly angry..I literally told them my hand was broken and it was hard to tear the coupon out and I asked for them to do it or hand me scissors and the amount of racist, angry things that came out of Anna’s mouth surprised me beyond words. Newsflash, I speak Spanish! Got home to find no rice and beans in my meal. All because I asked for help!!! Spoke to randy who seemed nice. Hopefully this can be remade and fixed. Will be calling corporate on Anna ASAP!!!

I went to the 4325 W. Bethany location today and the drive through board menu said an item was a certain price but when I got up to the window to pay it was more than advertised. The manager Randy who has been here for 8 years (that is what he told me) would not honor the advertised price, he said he has to charge what his systems rings up. He said that the menu in drive thru was not up to date on pricing (which is not my fault). I felt that he should have honored what the menu said when I pulled up to order and expected to pay when I got to the window. This is not good customer service and he was very rude I will definitely let others know about this experience and hopefully no one else has this issue. If I could give no start I would!!!
