I ordered a 4 piece with two sides. They were grilling fresh chicken when I arrived. The chicken they gave me must have been cooked 2 to 3 hours prior. The flavor was really good however all my chicken was super dry! I would bet this restaurant has no timers on pre-cooked chicken.

Good food at a great price, but the customer service is really rough! They were unorganized and probably weren’t following their training. All orders had an order number, but instead of calling that, they called customer names, or descriptions of meals. It took forever to get our food. They gave my burrito to someone else, who brought it back. They then turned and handed it to me. (I just hoped they hadn’t opened it or tasted it.) Overall, it was like a bad SNL skit.

Ordered the 4 piece meal. The chicken was extremely overooked, it was dry and crunchy. In addition, the pieces were so tiny, that the salsa cups were bigger. We barely got 4oz of chicken in 3 pieces, we paid for 4 but got only 3 pieces.

El Pollo Loco has a long history of serving great chicken. This location is very typical — the food was very good and the service not so much. We went through the drive through window. The lady taking our order just couldn’t be bothered to take our order and kept cutting us off so we had to finish our order at the window. Of course because she wouldn’t listen she got it wrong, but we checked before leaving the window and got her to fix it. Photo shows a delicious plate of food which cleared the sour taste of pour service out of our mouths. Help the help, get our orders right, check before leaving the counter!

Manager Rito is VERY rude and inpatient with customers. Not welcoming at all! So bad in fact I wanted to leave but my husband had a taste for the chicken. I hope a regional manager reads this because the clown needs to be talked to and educated on how to treat customers!!! He should be demoted that’s how awful our interaction was!!!

The food was great but lack of service. The dinner was almost empty but all the tables were dirty. We stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist but took awhile. Nobody greeted you. The girl had long fake nails on. I thought you couldn’t wear things like that in a fast food place. Overall took a little bit while for service.

Food is decent – just be sure to double check your order. Been here a few times, and they’re usually accurate, but today, my chicken bowl had everything but the chicken. And I strongly recommend avoiding the iced tea – it’s among the worst of the fast food places.
