Great location. It wasn’t too busy so we ordered and got our food quick. My husband got a bowl of some kind. I got a 2 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The chicken was juicy and had crispy skin. I loved the mashed potatoes and my toddler loved the Mac and cheese!

I will never stop cursing I’ll Poll loco because years ago I bought a wrap and took it to go a bit down into it and there was a rock in it.
It cracked my tooth very badly.
I thought with management to pay for my filling and they finally agreed to pay half of it although they really should have paid for the entire amount.
Unfortunately, that tooth was cracked so badly that years later, the filling cracked again and a few months ago I had to get a root canal. Now I have learned how bad route canals are and I have been suffering in a lot of pain. I’m going to have it pulled and have an implant put in but it has cost me thousands and thousands of dollars all due to a rock in the beans in my burrito.
I have perfect teeth otherwise. No cavities. Nothing.
El Pollo Loco messed up my life and honestly I have never eaten there since.
Be careful. You might ruin your teeth as well.

They have definitely changed their management and picked things up. Dining room was open and full. Great flavors. Fast service. Food was that tasty flavor one would expect from Pollo Loco!

El Pollo has always been one of my favorites of all time but not all locations are alike. This one is better than most places that I’ve been to and luckily it’s super closed to my house so I come here a lot. I simply love their chicken, never get tired of it. The quality of it has always been great, delicious, tender and juicy (make sure you request to get fresh and juicy chicken). That’s exactly what I do every time and never get disappointed. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. My experience has always been pleasant and positive except for a few times where there were a couple pieces of chicken missing. I just realized it when I got home (it’s not a big deal to me, I totally understand how busy it gets sometimes). I never actually tell them so I really hope they don’t repeat their mistakes to other customers. Sometimes I ask for corn tortillas, they give me the original or forgot my salsa/avocado sauce but it’s okay. I make sure I check my order before I leave to avoid that problem again. Other than that, great food plus great service. Definitely recommend it!!!

WORST El Polo Loco I’ve ever been. The chicken was over grilled, dry and tasteless. The grilled master was kinda rude. I ordered a whole chicken and asked to do not cut it. He refused, without giving any explanation, said they had to cut it Half of the salsa they gave me had gone bad. They have some issues with ventilation. The place was full of smoke AND FLIES !!! Have never encountered so many flies at any restaurant. I will never come back to this location. Waste of time and money.
The only reason they are getting 2 stars is that the girl at the counter was nice and friendly.

My experience was horrible, so much water on the floor – the employees did not even bother to mop the floor, trash cans full, salsa bar and tables so dirty it took them a while to clean up with no customers. I got my chicken not cooked enough I had it to take back so they can put back on the grilled. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . I would give zero stars If I could..

Excellent. In a world of lukewarm fake food, El Pollo serves hot, delicious chicken. The restaurant was clean and the decor was nice. The staff friendly and the service was fast. Parking was easy and it’s close to a freeway on/off ramp.

Marbin was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He asked multiple times if we needed anything, he kept the dining room clean and was just a thoughtful joy to be around. He stands out because the youth at most fast food restaurants don’t connect with the public. Marbin went out of his way to bring a light and happy experience. I will return because of the impression he left.
