I’m sad to say this because I do enjoy the food, but ever since the salsa bar was taken out it seems like the service also went downhill big time. I can’t even ask for a few frescas and avocado salsas to go with my food without the female workers (I’ve dealt with several different ones at this location, not one specifically) making me feel like I have to offer to pay for them in order to get some. I ordered the tenders about a week ago and they had me pull around and wait for at least 15 minutes, just to barely be able to eat them with how overcooked they were. Not very good service, I won’t be going to this location anymore.

My friend and I really like this chicken, and we chose this location because it was close to our job site. First barely got greeted, the entire restaurant was super cold, when I commented on how cold it was, her response was you should have dressed warmer .
We both ordered 4 piece, didn’t get asked if we wanted leg and thigh, so they gave us mixed. It was so cold that our food got cold quick. After sitting waiting for our order literally shivering. I mentioned again the temperature. She said nothing could be done.
We left hungry and COLD! ♂️

Coming to chain restaurants, sometimes the food is not fresh, but I was impressed by how fresh their chicken tasted from this location; their salad and the side did taste really good. I was a little skeptical of their churros; most of the time they’re always chewy and greasy from other chain restaurants. Pollo Loco did surprise me with their churros that tasted so fresh!!!
