My visit to El Pollo Loco was absolutely fantastic! I decided to try one of each of their tacos, and I was blown away by the incredible flavors in every single one. The ingredients were remarkably fresh, from the crisp lettuce to the juicy, perfectly seasoned meats. Each taco offered a unique taste, showcasing the care and quality put into the menu. The vibrant salsas and toppings added such a delightful zing! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I left feeling satisfied and excited to return for more. El Pollo Loco is now my go-to spot for fresh, delicious tacos that never disappoint! Highly recommend giving their taco selection a try for a truly enjoyable meal

I love love loveeee pollo loco. But after yesterday I will not be returning to this location. I got there at 8:50pm…..they close at 10pm. Tell me why the moment the cashier saw me park he rushed to lock the doors. Which is honestly crazy because the store doesn’t close until 10. If you don’t want to serve customers then maybe don’t work there. They acted like they were closed at 8:50pm on Jan 19th! So please whoever sees this please address it because a business can not be locking doors an hour in advance and worst part was that he literally saw me and literally went to lock the doors when I parked which is just beyond foul! I’ve managed restaurants before and you can not be closing that early when you see a customer. The whole staff was there it just seems like they wanted to get paid for standing around.

Quick, friendly service. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Chicken was great. Got corn tortillas and salsa. Salsa comes in small plastic containers. Wish they were a bit bigger. But they did give me two of them.

I never leave reviews and normally love this chain, but this was a very poor experience for my family. Churros were completely bland, quesadillas had little to no cheese, gave us the wrong drinks, and ordering was such a long pain. Really unfortunate.

We were greeted right away by the person behind the counter, which I think is fantastic. It smells so good in the restaurant, they cook the chicken on an open fire grill. I had a chicken salad, my husband had a burrito and we shared a plate of nachos. Everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered first time online the 16 piece chicken family meal for six people. Our sides were Mac and cheese, Spanish rice, and corn. The order said it would be ready in 13-16 minutes and it was. The chicken was tender and flavorful, although a few were a little dry. The rice was good, the corn was tasty, the Mac and cheese was a little salty and the cheese sauce was a little runny. Tortillas were warm and delicious. Total cost was just under $50 and for six people comes to $8-9/person.

My first encounter with this location was a disaster, yet I decided to give them a 2nd chance a few months later….. this time around it was worst than the first. The drive through person dropped my order on the ground. He admitted to breaking my tostada and said he would make a new one. He made a new one and it was still cracked. He packed the tostada on top of the rest of the food and when I get home, I see the tacos were a complete mess. The tortilla was cold to the point of breaking when folded, the chicken had fallen completely out and the portions were a joke. My food had more onion and cilantro than chicken…… Such a shame
