Chicken is grilled with minimal spice so you can add your own flavoring. The chickens are on the small side, but not bad. I ordered a side salad, but it was a bowl of lettuce and very salty. The cole slaw was okay.

I ordered catering from El Pollo Loco yesterday for a group event of 30 people, and I was genuinely impressed.
Our order was ready right on time, everything was hot, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every single person on our team was happy, which is not easy to do with a group that size.
The manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that they even asked how I preferred the catering to be packaged. I had ordered box lunches, but they offered alternative options like trays to make sure it was most convenient for our event. That level of attentiveness and flexibility really stood out.
Great food, great service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. We will definitely be ordering catering from them again.

The food is mid, but the service is excellent!! A really nice young man helped us today. That was the best part of the visit. It is a bit pricey for fast food.

The spot on Wadsworth is !! The food, the customer service, cleanliness, the prices, all over the top. We’ll not the prices, they are actually very fair. You can get a real meal not some burger and fries for 13 bucks, very affordable. Seems like I get the same little dude every time I go there and dude goes out of his way to make your day. Order is always correct and the quality of food is way better than other fast food joints. He’ll I feel like calling it fast food is a put down cuz it sure don’t have that appeal. Good job people!!

My buddy from Vegas used to hype El Pollo Loco all the time. I tried it for the first time tonight and at the Wadsworth location in Denver. Absolute fire! Staff kept it clean and the food came out quick. My family of 7 ate Crispy, fire roasted chicken for less than $60. I hope all of the locations are as good as this one, because I’m hooked

It was good.. I feel like it deserved 3-4 star.. the food presentation was pretty good. it wasn’t exactly Mexican food.. but it wasn’t NOT either. lol so. Do with that what you will…
Would I recommend? Yeah, I would if you got $ for expensive drive thru,,, it not then just hit up Taco Bell… this is just a better version of that. (In my opinion)
