I came to dine here today and the place was not only fithy with chips, chicken bones and skins, crumbled napkins all over the table and floor; but, they were also spraying for ants. Then to make matters worse, one of the employees had the audacity to charge me for a missing item they forgot to include in my salad. Instead of admitting fault, she chose to ARGUE the matter instead of fixing it. This place is usually hit or miss. I’m not sure what happened today, but, it was a definitely a miss.

The absolute WORST customer service. The employees are rude. Especially this one onler little lady with glasses. I’ve gone twice this past 2weeks and they forgot the sauces it comes with and didnt want to give me the sauces that I ordered extra through the app. They messed up my order and told me I was wrong about the menu and what I order. I had 3-5 employees yelling at me about how wrong I was until I showed them on the app and proved i was right and they made the order wrong. And then I had to pay extra for the sauces and the lady just threw them in the bag. All while other customers are having issued with their orders too. Everyone looks frustrated. This isnt a “just a bad day” its like this all the time. They need better management or a while new staff. It was just horrible.

El Pollo Loco has been a favorite of mine for decades in California and Utah. So I expected quality when I visited this one. Boy was I disappointed. The chicken, what little there was of it given the tiny pieces, had no flavor. None. Neither did the sides: mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. There’s not enough salt in the world to make this garbage edible. What happened to this place? They used to be epic. Now they’re the worst. No way I’ll return. Shame on you El Pollo Loco. You know you’re terrible. But you seem to be content raking in bucks and serving up swill.

Consistent Tex-Mex food and service and atmosphere are location by location some better than others. Tried one of their new chicken bowls it was okay. Next time I’ll go back to my old standards tostada bowls. But like always it’s pretty consistent food

Place is nice food tastes good. But, when you order a Double chicken Avocado salad you expect the double chicken for what your paying abt $8.00 for the plate. I mean if your to serve hardly chicken then change the title to the plate. A bit shysty with the chicken for the plate. And the sauce it comes with you should get 2 of them if customer request with NO CHARGE. I mean seriously sheesh most places give you 2paks of dressing yall should to. Just saying yet I was dissapointed on that. The man was very rude said if you want another you have to pay for it because your only allowed 1. I’m like uff! So much for my meal wth? Lots lettus, not enough chicken and your limited with dressing wow!. Idk your call people if you want to purchase that. I’m not saying anything about the taste they are good. It just leaves a bad bitter taste in your mouth for the price. Makes me wonder a normal chicken salad and how many pieces of chicken for that salad I’m just sayin.

I love a polo loco the flavor is amazing and I love the rice it just have the right flavors. the only thing that is a little lacking is the tortillas but it’s okay I still eat them. I will definitely go again.

Ordered 2 burritos 1 with a combo and asked for five red salsa’s and five green. Mind you they are the size of a quarter. They refused and said they only do 1 salsa per burrito. Which is a lie because I ordered there a lot & always get that much. I can also order on the app and get as many as I choose. It’s ridiculous. They told us that we can only get the green salsa if we pay for it. Fine I’ll pay, but wouldn’t just sell me the normal tiny salsa’s they said I had to pay for a giant size for $7.99 because “it’s the same as 5 salsa’s.” It is absolutely not. I have pictures of what I bought and what 5 sides of salsa look like. It was extreme and such a dumb thing to lose a customer over. If the burritos weren’t so dry, I really wouldn’t need to add anything but this salsas help. I’ll happily take my business to Taco Palenque & enjoy more than 1 tiny side of salsa.

One of my favorite places to eat, but any more. I placed an order today and I was disappointed. This isn’t a chicken is a baby chick. Look at the size of this chicken. Serving bowls, same size as always, not. Turn it upside down and you will notice 1/2 inch lip underneath which in addition gets you and me less of what we order. It’s getting ridiculous, less food yet higher prices.
