New Mexican food in an old Mexican food place. I never ventured in before because the music was so loud just driving by, but since this was now a new place, I decided to venture in and I’m so happy I did. The best I’ve had in a town with a lot of options. Everything was perfect. I’m not shitting you.
Chips have a perfect crunch and are perfectly salted. Salsa has a nice bite, not too chunky or watery. Handmade corn tortillas were soft and so flavorful! Huevos rancheros – sauce, rice, beans and eggs were all perfectly seasoned and cooked, no extra salt needed, and the garnish was fresh and abundant. Check the pic!
It is an order at the counter place but once seated, you’re treated like you ordered at the table. Edited to say that as I was leaving. a group came in and sat down at a table and they came to take their order at the table. Just a wonderful experience overall and I can’t wait to come back and try more! – Oh, and the música had great selections and at a fun but tolerable volume.
Add cerveza and it’s over!

The tacos and burritos I ordered were impressively big and stacked with plenty of meat. The flavor was solid, and while the salsa was decent, it could of had a bit more kick. Overall, El Pablano is a great spot if you’ve got a big appetite and are craving hearty Mexican food.

First time ordering from here, I saw the nachos supreme plate on picture so I was excited to try it out. I specifically said I wanted everything on it they forgot to put the pico de gallo on it, I even left a tip. The asada was salty ruined whole plate. What a disappointment experience.

My meal was delicious. The agua de melón is from scratch and not overly sweet. The owners are from Puebla so I’m happy to support. Everything looks authentic, can’t wait to to try other options.

Food was good. We got 2 shrimp cocktails and 2 shrimp tacos. Packed with flavor. The tortillas are made in house, they needed to be cooked a bit longer. They also forgot to put my tostadas for my cocktail. Besides that, the lady that took our order was nice enough & out of 10 I’d probably give the overall experience a 7.5
