Then there’s the chicken—so tender I suspect it was raised at the Four Seasons.
And the green chile… my goodness. Tangy, spicy, and bold enough to remind you you’re in New Mexico, but polite enough not to melt your eyebrows off. A perfect little kick in the pants to keep things interesting. I will be back!!!

All I can say is wow! I’ve been looking for some good al pastor and they definitely delivered! I’m so picky when it comes to al pastor and I needed more! Also their asada is so good and perfectly seasoned ! I’m definitely going there when I go up to Santa Fe next time! 10/10 recommend! Muchas gracias por la comida tan rica!
