Everything was great. Steak had excellent flavor. Plantains were sweet and tasty. The Nica Burrito with steak was my favorite. Taco was like a flauta and the enchilada had a sweet sauce that was great.

Thank you so much! Today, my daughter ate enchiladas Nicaragüense for the first time. She loved it so much that she would not talk to me until she was finished, and she only said, “We need to give them five stars!.” We stopped to pick up several cacaos for my Nicaragüense friends – one of whom is expecting a baby and missing the flavors from home. The man that worked there was so kind and patient. We will be back every time we are in this part of Austin. Thank you!!!

Came here for a quick dinner with my family and it was amazing! The food had so much flavor. I recommend the crispy beef tacos and the asado de res. Covered tables and the atmosphere is family friendly.

I was looking for a light lunch but got excited to try different things. We got the enchiladas de res, repochetas, tajadas, horchata and the arroz con piña. Everything tasted good with interesting flavors. It’s a little different than what I am used to. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. Very friendly and helpful service. The dining area was a huge surprise. It was so clean, and had very nice heavy duty furniture. There were 3 sets of tables and chairs which I wasn’t expecting to see. They also had light instrumental Christmas music playing. We ate at home. But it was just a very nice visit and looking forward to going back.

These wonderful people have become our friends! I brought my momma here for Mother’s Day and she Had the biggest smile on her face telling us stories from back home in Nicaragua. The food is the best on this side of town. Fresh, Authentic, great portions and Delicious!! Highly recommended and they even have specials during the week for great prices. 10 stars for this spot, support local businesses

Before visiting, we read the glowing reviews, and they were absolutely spot-on. We traveled all the way from Houston, and it was worth every mile.
