Great food, the paella was fresh and each ingredient was super tasty. The appetizers were also delicious the cilantro sauce meatball and the “ropa vieja” tostones were great. Our server Liz was very attentive and brought with her a great atmosphere that complemented the food and ambiance. Overall we will return to “Pimiento Restaurant”.

I’m originally from Spain, and I have a professional background and formal training in gastronomy and restaurant management, so I’m quite demanding when it comes to food, service, and overall experience. I can honestly say that everything here was outstanding.
The food is 10 out of 10 — authentic, perfectly executed, and full of flavor. The menu is excellent, the wine selection is very well curated, and the desserts are simply spectacular. You can truly feel the care, quality, and passion behind every dish.
The service deserves a special mention: the owners are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the entire staff provides a warm, professional, and impeccable service. The atmosphere, the kitchen, the attention to detail — everything is top level.

We came to Estrella Galicia in Miami Gardens and it was absolutely spectacular. The food was outstanding. We ordered the black paella and the boquerones, and everything was exquisite. The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced. The service was excellent and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, 100%.
