Best place to cater authentic Dominican food. Big portions and fair prices. Service can be slow at pick up, so arrive knowing you will wait a few minutes even though it’s a catered order and you are there on time. The food is worth the wait. Not a place to sit down and eat with family, but highly recommended for takeout and catering for large groups.

First time. First impression. Venue is nice and cozy… Service is too slow. It took us over an hour after ordering to get our food (I’m not exaggerating). So dissapointing it was to finally have my plate in front of me and realize my food was actually cold!!! Then the steak my sister and I had tasted weird… and my other family weren’t even satisfied with the taste of their food and service… :-/ … for what it cost, it was not worthy at all…

Let’s start with the TERRIBLE service they have, we were a party of 8 including 2 kids, food took over 30 minutes to get to the table, during this time WE had to keep asking the waitress about our food, she never came to provide an status of it. Once food arrived 2 of the meals were cold, we were so hungry that didn’t want it to send it back, food is ok but this place is just another drinking/eating restaurant in Lawrence.
Loud music, poor customer service, average food, will keep taking my guest to Boston for better times.

Food is always made fresh but because all food is prepared fresh you may have to wait about 15 minutes for food to be prepared as everything is prepared fresh daily. But would definitely recommend as long as your willing to wait. Patience is a virtue and the food is definitely worth it!

The food is good but the service is very slow. Be especially weary of the fat op with a hat over a crew cut looking lesbian. She doesn’t take her job seriously and frowns if I asked to do me a favor. When I was only trying to be polite. What gives? The service was very slow and “that” one that works and should make herself available refuses to serve me. If she’s there but others are not, where does that leave me? Tick tock… and waiting!

The food was not too bad. It was a bit old. We had to ask for a different girl because the first one was taking too long to serve our food and the tables were mostly dirty. However, there were a few very nice ladies as members of the staff .

It is a modern restaurant with old school Latin food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious but we waited a very long time for it. Not sure why that was since every time I caught a glimpse into the kitchen I could see a dozen abuelitas working away. I also kept expecting someone to start preaching to me since the music coming from the speakers was strictly Christian Rock. It was just confusing when looking around at the posters for upcoming secular mucic parties and a full bar. It was okay overall but I will not be making a return trip.
