The service was very nice. The server was very welcoming and patient. My child who is 100 very picky ( usually only nuggets and pizza) said it is her new favorite spot when we come here to visit. Even to the point of saying its better then my cooking. Will definitely be coming back

The Machete (Asada) here? A game-changer. Beyond the awesome food, the staff and bartenders are super friendly, making it a great vibe all around. Plus, lotto and a pool table—what more do you need? This is my new go-to spot!

I’ve lived in Beaverton all my life, have rented this out for events and such but never again, what a waste of space, should be torn down!

DON’T GO HERE
I wasn’t able to leave zero stars but sadly a one. Firstly, everything was very unsanitary, NOBODY was wearing gloves and most of the workers had long acrylic nails. They were touching all of the food, really disgusting!!! There was dude with giant shades that was also very a shady mf ( could have been the worker/manager) and grabbed food without gloves from the food containers and walked out. DISGUSTING LIKE HIM. There was a 10 year old girl at the register that was very confusing and quiet, had to ask an adult for help. The food was very overpriced, I ordered shredded fruit and it was mushy and soiled like an egg. When I walked in, it smelled sour like funky. Overall very gross, overpriced, rude, and unsanitary.

The food isn’t bad, but it isn’t good either. Ordered alpastor and was informed 5 minutes later they were out. My food finally comes with no napkins, water, or utensils… tried to track someone down for another 5 minutes, which included saying, “hello” repeatedly down a tiny hallway. Ate my food regardless before spending another 10 minutes trying to find someone to pay. Avoid this place! The quality of the food isn’t worth the lack of service or hassle.

It was great, I phoned in an order for a caldo de birria de chivo for dine in and the girl there made sure to ask me how long till I’d be there, when I got there my food was ready and delicious oh god not to mention the home made tortillas.
downside they only offer sodas and beer to drink

It doesn’t get more authentic than this place here in regards to Beaverton’s Mexican food. The tacos and burritos are flavorful and inexpensive. That’s a win no matter what.

However, the establishment is a bit odd in that half of it is a small little taqueria and the other half is a more busy, bar and lounge. There’s two doors. One that says, “21 and over l” and the other one that doesn’t.

When my 3.5 son and I walked into the taqueria, we weren’t greeted by anyone for a few minutes. We sat ourselves and looked over the menu. There are no prices on the menu, but I had an idea that it wouldn’t be expensive by it’s presentation. That’s not a mark against the place, but it just felt like it was going to be cheap and good. And that it was.

After a few minutes a nice young lady came and took our orders. Another lady, older, who was the cook I assume came out and gave us the food. It was delicious. My son ate his chicken taco up and I had a burrito that hit the spot.

When we were done, we did have to wait sometime before someone came out and checked on us. It was the older lady again. I explained to her that we were done and I’d like to pay. She came back with an iPad that gave me the choice to accept the total amount. For a big burrito, chicken taco and a caprisun, it totalled to $9.50.

Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash, and there was no option for a tip. So BRING CASH.

Great food. Super slow service. Had to walk into the kitchen to get me own to-go bowl after waiting for 15 minutes to receive it. Food was way over priced. $43 for 7 tacos,a bowl of soup and 3 beers.

If you read the already-posted reviews you will discover online what you are likely to discover much more uncomfortably in person at the restaurant: if you are latino, you are more likely to enjoy this place. If you’re white, it becomes very clear that they don’t want your business. Just a few doors down, in the same strip mall, is a place called Estilo Michoacan. Authentic Mexican food at very reasonable prices, without the attitude.

Super sweet staff, inexpensive, flavorful sauces without too much heat, huge quesadilla, their sope was gorgeous. I’m pretty sure they made the tortillas fresh.
