Love El Pegaso! The seafood is so fresh, definitely recommend the shrimp tostada or any of the tostadas. The drinks & view are amazing too! Miguel was a great server & Lucero made a couple of great margs. Definitely recommend for dinner around sunset time as the view is incredible.

Today I enjoyed the best breakfast since I arrived in San Miguel! We ‘found’ this little gem of a restaurant recently, simply as a lovely bar to while away an afternoon with friendly staff and new friends. Then we decided to try their breakfast…they have three Benedicts on the menu! The Hollandaise wasn’t a la Julia Child but it was certainly some of the best in town; eggs were perfectly cooked. The Chai Latte was also ‘the best in town’ and believe me, I’ve tried lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff, all of them, are delightful. Five stars, for sure!

The manager Fernando and Lucero and Miguel on the roof always make guests feel cared for and welcome. I’ve enjoyed many dinners here with family and female friends. I appreciate that El Pegaso is one of the few places in town with a female bartender who truly knows her cocktails. A local favorite for family dinners and nights out with friends.

Very nice restaurant and rooftop. The menu has a little bit of everything, from mexican to pasta to burgers and salads. The Gazpacho soup was excellent, followed by a Reuben sandwich with amazing fresh french fries. We also ordered the Margaritas, wich were elegantly presented. The service was polite and fast. The background music was 70’s and 80’s, not too loud so we still enjoyed a conversation. Loved this rooftop!

Miguel and Lucero are truly the “dúo dinámico”. They create such a welcoming, fun, and memorable experience on the terrace every single time. The service is always spectacular!
Having a female bartender makes a big difference. As a woman, I really appreciate how comfortable and confident I feel sitting at the bar alone, it’s something that truly sets El Pegaso apart. Miguel complements this perfectly with his energy and attention to detail, and together they elevate the entire experience.
Fernando, the manager, is always present, greeting guests and making sure everything is running smoothly.
I host an Airbnb and regularly recommend El Pegaso to my guests. Many of them have gone and later left notes in my guest book specifically mentioning how much they loved their experience there! I highly recommend El Pegaso!

Wow! What an incredible experience! From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and made to feel right at home. Our waiter was beyond amazing so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive that it truly took our dining experience to the next level. I had the chiles en nagoda for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. They give you the option of having it served room temperature (standard) or warm. The iced tea was also excellent.
