We popped in here because we were starving and it was the closest appealing restaurant. What an awesome surprise! The rolled tacos were DELICIOUS! Prices were good and they also have a salsa bar. I was telling the cashier how much we liked our food and she said that they are Made when ordered and prepared fresh, not frozen. My taste buds agree! The ladies sitting next to us come there on a regular basis for potato tacos so I’ll have to try those next! Affordable, friendly, tasty. ‘Nuff said!

Great service, food is delicious. I especially love the enchiladas. I’m from New Mexico and have been trying to find somewhere close to the New Mexico taste and I found it here. The red chili sauce they use on the enchiladas is absolutely delicious. Not the can stuff you find at most fast food Mexican restaurants. Comfort food that is delicious and affordable. Thumbs up! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I got a large order of carneasda fries with a bag of carrots with jalapenos. Total was about $15. The fries were nice and crispy. The meal altogether was decent. They have a selection of salsas. Customer service was great so sweet and very attentive. I’ll be back to try some of their other dishes.

Tacos are good. Prices aren’t bad. Staff doesn’t really seem to care about customer service all that much. Oh well. I guess they don’t need to be friendly to make decent tacos.

This is my second time back to this Cotijas. The first time I got the veggie fries, which were so good. This time around I got the chile relleno burrito, (it has not meat) and potato tacos. I was so shocked at how big the burrito was, but I ate every bite. They also have good options in the salsa bar. I recommend the orange salsa. Service was also excellent.

Upon eating my food I spot a hair in my beans. No big deal right? Mistakes happen and they’d refund my order as is protocol right? Nope, the lady sarcastically told me I’d already started eating and there’s nothing she could do. Just deal with the hair in my food. Worthless customer service and pathetic attitude. Never coming again.
