I’m back for an edit. The owner is absolutely awesome. He made the situation right and agreed he will coach his employees. I get his side a lot of people out there making false complaints. So help protect this local business. Either eat in or be diligent about checking your order as best as possible. Our situation was the food we ordered is fully wrapped and we cannot check. But we came to an understanding and we looked forward to repeating giving them our business. I feel it’s actually harder to make a mistake and own up to it than it is to be perfect every time. He owned up to the mistake and I respect that more than anything. We typically don’t get to-go orders because we love having drinks there. Their drinks are the best value in town.
Okay, anyone that does not provide customer service is a place I will not go. First and foremost I have legitimate proof they messed our order up. I have pictures. Laura, the manager’s reply was well It was your daughter’s job to open up the order and check it all. So not only did they mess up the Pico and sour cream plastered all over it. But what is my daughter supposed to do open every burrito and chimichanga? Take a bite and check to see if it was chicken or beef? This doesn’t even make sense. The manager Laura hung up on me and said I should have read the signs. Again I didn’t pick up the order but still this customer service is terrible!!!! Out of the 20 plus times I’ve gotten the dinner special, only one time did I get beef and I said never again. We ordered chicken religiously. But to hang up on us? To treat us like we’re stupid because we didn’t check the order? Absolutely absurd. I can’t take a bite out of everyone’s food just to make sure it’s chicken inside and not beef. They are sealed. Not a problem. There will be a credit card dispute! I’m not paying for their mistakes with this kind of customer service. Never even offered to fix it. She just insulted for not opening up the order that was sealed and inspecting it all.

Called in an order. Went to pick it up. They only put in half the order. So I had to wait even longer for the rest of it. Then I get home and the order was wrong. Called to see if I could come back for a refund tomorrow. And would you know, they don’t do refunds.

This is my go-to mexican place! I pass 3 other places on the way because I know that the food will always be good, the service will always be stellar, and the experience will always be the same. For years I’ve had friends tell me that they know the best mexican place around- until I brought them here. Everyone changed their tune and agreed- El Patron or bust!

I will never order again. Ordered DoorDash and this is $6 guacamole and the amount of chips they sent for queso and guacamole. When I called to complain the response was we don’t send free chips. It’s not free chips if I ordered 2 appetizers.

The service sucks, the food is bland and the tall lanky waitress with gray hair and glasses is rude and inattentive . She doesn’t come around for refills, you have to ask her for them and the other two male waiters have attitudes. They all act prejudice . We won’t be going back there again .
