El Patron Mexican Restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the perfectly seasoned entrees to the warm, fresh chips and salsa. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. You can really tell they take pride in their food and customer experience. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with great portions and excellent service, El Patron is the place to go!

To start it is CRAMPED in here. When I say they put as many tables as possible in here without caring if you have space to actually sit, it’s not an exaggeration. Service was non existent. Waited 30 minutes before even being brought chips/salsa and asked for a drink order. The food was worse than everything else combined. I ordered corn tortillas, got flour. The steak was disgusting. Asked for limes- didn’t come out with food so I asked again. Waited 8 minutes for a couple of lime slices. Even the table behind me was complaining about the food and Service. But hey, the rice was good, so I ate the rice.

Totally love this place. Would deffinately recommend this to be your go to restaurant for an awesome taste of Mexican cuisine. Very reasonably priced. Located in WILMINGTON.The food is always hot& fresh.You get complimentary nachos & salsa upon arrival. CHEESE is available but there is a minimal charge.also check out other shopping nearby.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Spent 130 bucks on takeout margaritas and one of them had a hole on the bottom and completely leaked out. Went back to try and get another one and they tried to charge me. Said they couldn’t do anything. Poor customer service.
