Hands down best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Wait time was very short and service was amazing. If I could give more stars I would, if you ever get a chance to pass through parshall you should stop and grab something. It is 100% recommended!!

Five stars for bringing a food truck business to the middle of nowhere. I can’t even imagine running this in the middle of February when it’s -45°
I had the burrito carnitas and they did hold the cilantro for me, but it was pretty bland, maybe a little more spicing when cooking the pork? I thought the tortilla was a little over chewy for my taste too. Surprised to see Jeritos and Mexican Coke so far North. Heck these guys are a stones throw from Letterkenny country!
Worth the stop the next time you are in Parshall, ND.

Not much Mexican restaurants that had great tacos and other Mexican foods. Food was so good you had to go for seconds. The only downfall it truly had was it had a short amount of meats you can choose from but other than that it was really great!
