2-15-26 First visit today for lunch. Wife had the Pato Salad, while I ordered the Enchilada Plate with chicken. The salad came with a large scoop of guacamole’ which was very tasty. The entire salad including the shell bowl was good. The only improvement the wife could think of was a little more salsa and some white queso. The enchiladas were good as well, came covered with a little chili and cheese, and rice and beans on the side. The rice was also good, but I forgot to ask to leave off the beans. We are glad we tried El Pato, and will be back. The service was excellent and patient as we had a little trouble figuring out what we wanted with it being our first time.

Stopped by for two Patos and asked for red salsa, the person charging me didn’t even look at me as if me asking for the salsa bothered him. I got one container of salsa which was not even half way full and by looking at the rim of the container it looks as if someone had already taken salsa from it which is completely gross! I will never be stopping by this restaurant again! If you all want good service consider going to a different El Pato!

Heck no. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 45 minutes . I ordered two orders of street tacos along with a few other items, however, the street tacos had little to no meat in them! So disappointing. Also, when I asked for salsa verde she said they didn’t have any. Upon pressing further she said “oh we do have some but I need to go get them in the back, they’re all packed up.” Seriously? Never going there again smh.

I usually like this pato but today was the worst experience ever food was just nasty. I order some fajias tacos they were salty as hell.The flour tortillas were hard as a rock. Refried beans were black old or burned. I don’t know if they changed cooks or what on earth happened but the food was plain nasty.I kept calling to place an order and they never answered the phone they would pick up and then hang up the phone. Not sure who is running this pato but food and services was horrible.I was missing items from my order. Hope the owner read this review and fix this .

Ordered 1 beef and 1 bean so I got 1 taco with beef& bean for 5$, the beef in that taco was disgusting not one piece of meat was chewable! I went during my lunch please check meat is good to serve. Its upsetting paying for something that went to trash especially when it’s food and how expensive everything is !

I ordered ahead of time so my food would be ready so I can be able to return to work on time but I got there and the order wasn’t ready and I waited almost 20 more mins to get up and ask them and the order was on the counter my tacos were soggy! Never again will I return

Not sure why but lately the water and soda have been tasting funky and even their tea taste a bit sour/old or rotten. Can’t get a decent drink in this restaurant for some reason. Other than that the food is fine but they really need to look into the drinks they serve specifically bc they’re obviously not free. Customers shouldn’t be paying for nasty or funky tasting drinks

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The food was disgusting—cold, flavorless, and honestly tasted spoiled. The portions were a joke for the price, and the presentation looked like it was thrown together without any care. We waited forever, only to be served something I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. Total waste of time and money. I regret even walking through the door and will never be back.
