Maria at the register provided excellent customer service. When I asked for any specials of the day she mentioned the Monday special. She was very knowledgeable of her menu and quickly without hesitation answered my questions. Her restaurant was very clean as well. I enjoyed the food and will definitely be coming back soon. Mary @ the counter is so sweet and attentive! She pays attention to my order makes recommendations & takes extra steps to make sure your visit is a great one! Dora in the kitchen is always smiling and making sure my order is hot & fresh! I have come to this location 3 times now in two weeks and it’s 10’s across the board everytime!

Sitting here hearing the lady yell at her coworker in the back. Poor guy. The whole dining area heard. I knew the lady was in a bad mood and everything the other Patos do (McAllen locations and Weslaco one), seems they have an issue with (free chips, cilantro, my mom asking if they have senior discount). We don’t know if she was upset before we came or what exactly is the deal is but 100% unprofessional. Wow, as I write this, she’s getting mad at him. Poor guy. What a unprofessional employee.

I ordered (2) Beef, Bean, cheese, and Avocado tacos… Where is the bean? I saw a few people ahead of me upset, then mine came next. I knew I should’ve checked my order before driving off. Annoyed! Plus the tacos were small, for this price, I should’ve just drove to El Sancho Txmx bbq. I always loved El Pato, but this place went down the drain.

Recent visit! Customer service was great! Food was excellent fresh! Eggs were properly cooked. Mmmm mmm get you some!

It took 20 minutes for staff to realize they had lost my order. Was asked to see my receipt. Got my order back 5 minutes after that. Luckily, establishment pets kept my family and I company. Much left to be desired. Especially cleanliness if roaches are this bold in daylight.

Not the same ol El Pato from back in the day. No Salsa bar and they were very stingy with the salsa they give you. Are inside one day and went to the drive through the next day. They filled the cup to the edge on the cokes so not much to drink there. Had the beef, cheese and avacado I have always ordered when I’m in town and it had barely any taste, the avacado seemed Non existent, I could see it but not taste it. Also had a bacon, potato and cheese. It was ok but nothing I would crave to go back for.

The best potato and egg pato! I love how fresh and soft the tortillas are and egg always perfectly cooked! All the choices are very delicious! I tend to grab breakfast mostly but sometimes I do eat lunch here . Did I mention breakfast is available all day! When my day is busy ,I stop here for a pint of rice,pint of beans and tortillas to go. So tasty!
