There were three in our party on 10/4/25. We ordered three meals with two entrees each. Two orders were the same chile relleno with a tamale beans and rice the third meal was flautas and second entree with beans and rice. From the time she took our order on paper it was not digital they served our three meals in less than 5 minutes! How is that even possible? It was possible because the food was lukewarm bordering on cool. They were not busy. The waitress did not even offer a refill until we asked for it. Almost $60 for three meals that were served in less than 5 minutes. That’s not trying to get your customers fed quick that’s taking cold food and throwing on a plate in the microwave. The rice tasted like it was from yesterday the tamales were mushy and the chili they use for the chili relleno was hard. She said be careful the plates are hot. No I picked them up with my bare hands because they were not even warm. I wished I had asked them to warm my food up because how can you enjoy food that’s not even warm. I worry now I hope I don’t get sick.

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times were great experiences! All the food served was fresh, warm and delicious while still being served quickly. The jamaica is perfect, not too sweet not too tart and the salsa is tasty but more mild than I would have expected (I’ve tried both mild and hot). Our servers have been very attentive and friendly; I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Dispite the name, there appears to be no patio. Food was decent but pretty average. Here for lunch so I appreciated that all the entries could be ordered al la carte. Enchiladas were ok.
Note on my ratings: 1 stars, unacceptable. 2-3 stars, average quality, service and value, acceptable, but you could do better. 4 stars, above average quality, service and/or ambiance. 5 stars is reserved for exceptional quality, service and atmosphere.

Came for breakfast. Music is low so you can have a conversation. Food portions are big and very reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Very fresh. Service very friendly, fast. Food quality and flavors delicious.

We go here occasionally but the service is unreliable. This time we went late afternoon, there were only four tables eating and we were rushed. Plates were loudly dropped on our table, and the check was dropped before we had more than three bites.
Don’t rush people. We pay for not only the food but the service. If you drop a check before I can decide if I want anything else, I’m definitely not ordering anything else. Turning tables for tips is rude.
This was not the first time we were rushed, just the worst.

Just stopped in for a quick breakfast. Nothing wrong, but nothing really special stood out about anything other than all the tables had leveling knobs (see pic) so they’ll never have a wobbly table. Found that interesting and unique. Maybe dinner is more unique but the breakfast was just that; breakfast.

Great Food and Staff
We visited on a Saturday evening at about 5:00. We had about a 15 minute wait which is no surprise for a Saturday night. We have been here before and it is one of our favorites for Mexican food. Complimentary chips and salsa are brought to the table right away. Diners have a choice of mild or spicy salsas. Both are very flavorful and the spicy does have a bit of heat. They have a full bar with several reasonably priced beers on tap and diners near us were really enjoying their Cadillac Margaritas being made to order by a very personable bartender. My wife ordered her favorite Garlic Shrimp dinner. 6 large shrimp and vegetables in a tomato butter garlic sauce that is to die for, served with rice, refried beans and warm tortillas on the side. I opted for the Menudo which is typically only available in Mexican restaurants on weekends as it takes a long time to make. I wasn’t sure if I’ve ever had it before so they gladly gave me a sample to try and I liked it. The ‘meat’ in Menudo is tripe. Tripe is animal stomach lining and is light in flavor and tender having cooked for a long time. The broth is light, red from chilies – not spicy and contains hominy (corn). The menudo is brought to the table in a bowl with a side plate of chopped onion, cilantro, lime wedges and a shaker of oregano. Instead of tortillas, it is accompanied with bolillo, a grill toasted buttered bread with a somewhat crunchy outside and soft inside. The menudo exploded with flavor after I added a few shakes of oregano, squeezed in a couple lime wedges and added all of the onions and cilantro. The bread adds a little tasty textural factor to the meal. Both meals were 5-star and for as busy as the restaurant was, service by the staff is attentive and friendly.

Came here to eat a few weeks ago. Food was alright but what concerned me was we ordered and she walks away and within minutes she came out with our food. That was too fast totally turned me off. How can you take the order and then bring out the food right away?
Bathrooms were very clean at least.

Nice easy place to enjoy a Good Meal. Today great meals with my son’s. Friendly staff. 10/27 both my son and my meal was outstanding. Unfortunately the service was near nothing no refills of any kind that’s a shame. Lost a star because of the poor service. 12/13 had a great lunch with my oldest son. Meal was delicious and staff was outstanding.
