El Paso Clemson is always a great spot, but what really makes the experience stand out is the staff. Lily Wallace, Jake, and Luciana are incredible. They bring so much energy and friendliness every time you walk in, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of.

Lily is always so attentive and positive, Jake keeps the atmosphere fun and upbeat, and Luciana is consistently kind and on top of everything. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they’re serving, and that kind of service makes all the difference.

If you’re going to El Paso in Clemson, hope you get the chance to be served by Lily, Jake, or Luciana, they make a great place even better!

Always a great time at El Paso! We like all their street tacos but our favorites are the birria (BEER-ee-ah, not Berea) tacos.

El Paso in Clemson is fuego!!!!

This is a brand new spot tucked into the campus area near Riggs Field.

The atmosphere was very modern and fun as the music was energetic and just the right volume.

The food is fantastic. They serve in-house salsa and black bean dip with their chips.

Price points are a little higher than surrounding comparable restaurants but well worth it as the quality of the food is superb.

Our server Arelis was incredibly attentive and as friendly as you could ask of a human being. She was so nice to my little girl so I’ll seek her out for future visits.

The only critique of this restaurant is the parking but it is after all in Clemson SC so anyone who owns or patronizes a business in this town understands what I am talking about.

I ordered to go because I was staying in a hotel down the street with my dog. The atmosphere was so cute. Very lively and bright with murals all over the walls. The chips and salsa were great. I had chicken enchiladas and they were fantastic. I highly recommend this spot to eat. It was great!

If you’re anywhere near Clemson, do yourself a favor and stop by El Paso — this place is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, great energy, and that welcoming small-town charm that makes you feel instantly at home.
But the real star of our visit was Finley, the bartender. She was incredible — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. She introduced us to Gaelic Ale, and wow… what a phenomenal recommendation! Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — the kind of drink that makes you want to slow down and just enjoy the moment.
Finley’s personality truly elevated the whole experience. She made great conversation, offered thoughtful drink suggestions, and made sure every guest at the bar felt included and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who can blend professionalism and genuine friendliness so effortlessly.
Between the vibrant atmosphere, delicious drinks, and exceptional service, El Paso has become one of our new favorite spots in Clemson. Huge thanks to Finley for making our evening unforgettable — we’ll definitely be back soon!

Just checked out El Paso in Clemson, right in front of the stadium and I’m obsessed! The ambiance is sooo cute and fun, literally the perfect spot for drinks with friends. I had the champagne margarita + birria tacos and everything was delicious. Definitely a must try and my new fave place in town!❤️‍

My friend and I came here before a home basketball game. The restaurant was about 50 percent full with 2 waitresses for the whole place. We were told that it would be a while since one of the waitresses also had to bartend since they did not have one on. We ordered our food. 40 minutes later we asked about it and were told it would be out soon. At the hour mark, we were worried about missing the game so ended up leaving without having received our food. It was just a quesadilla and burger. Either they are short staffed or the kitchen just forgot about our meal. Will not be back.

We came because of the reviews but they really didn’t do this place justice. The food was amazingly good. To the point where we wanted to come back the next day. Service was to be as expected due to it being Family weekend at Clemson but our server was great. I feel bad because I don’t remember her name but she did a great job all things considered. She was African American with tats and a muscular build.
