Just left this place. I was very disappointed in the service. The server asked what we wanted to drink and asked if we wanted an appetizer. She didn’t introduce herself to us like she was everyone else around us. She asked if one or two checks, I said one . I noticed her smiling at everyone’s table but didn’t crack one smile at us. The guy who brought us the chips and dips was nice, smiled. She brought out drinks and asked what she could get us. I was still looking at the menu and I looked at her little aggravated because she could clearly see that we both were looking at the menu. She left and came back. Asked again what she could get us. We ordered. We got our food. We ate and not one time did she come back to ask us if we needed anything or even ask if the food was good. An older couple came in and when she went to their table, she welcomed them, said her name and was completely different. I even asked my husband if that was the same girl. He verified it was. Then I started watching her interactions with other tables, totally different. I wasn’t planning on leaving a tip, but I do have a conscious. I will never step foot in this establishment and will tell of my experience. Usually I will give places another try, but her discrimination was noticeable and blatant. We left feeling very disappointed and would have better service at Taco Bell, at least we wouldn’t expect good service. I guess you would need to be of different lifestyle or older and look like you have money to get better service. Learned my lesson.

I was a bit surprised reading later negative reviews. We had just been there, and I can only compliment chef’s work. Our food came fast, servant was great, stopped by many times asking if we were happy, I asked to assure there’s no dairy or meat in my daughter’s food and it was as we asked. Fajitas were sizzling and delicious. The place was clean and nice, renovation part is there yeah, but we didn’t care much. I loved salsa bar, super cool idea and delicious. No one said anything to us about the size of tip.

This is my first time at this El Paso never been to El Paso before the people I were with have been here before they said it was good My experience was good The atmosphere was good it was a large place a lot of seating the lighting was fine The service was fine. I really don’t have any complaints. It’s pretty much just like every other decent Spanish restaurant. Has a huge bar has a salsa bar has restrooms. Has a huge horse. (Fake) The staff seemed nice. If you’re looking for a place to go get some Spanish food I don’t think you would be disappointed if you went here.

Came for lunch, been here several times before. Always great service and very interesting decorations with a ranchero theme with horses and authentic Mexican decor. Saddle seats at the bar, painted ceiling tiles, several horses on display, intricate tile inlays through out the booths, walls and arched windows. Large sitting areas so never a wait. The fish in the fish tacos fit perfectly in the tortillas and perfectly cooked. Salsa bar has both green and red spicier salsa than the salsa brought with the chips. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms with artsy doors. My fish tacos had a side dish with crema, shredded cheddar cheese and pico de gallo and my wife dipped a tortilla chip in it and said that she wanted to fill up a bathtub full of that dip and bathe in it because it was so good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I walked in and stood at the hostess station, just me party of one. I was not greeted AT ALL but when a party of six came in behind me they were greeted and seated!!! Guess I’m the wrong color and my money doesn’t matter. I walked out. I’ll gladly eat elsewhere!! It’s not tye fact that the hostess wasn’t at the hostess station but they seated the party of 6 that came in AFTER me!!! Nice try.

First, the only reason I put a 3 star on atmosphere is because of the location where we were sat. But in sure if was because they were trying to even put the customers to the servers. With that said, we frequented El Paso when they were in their original location. We preferred their flavors over the places we had in SC. This El Paso is located in Hendersonville NC.
We were eating later in the day between lunch and dinner. The hubby had their tacos de alambre that he said were very good. I had the tamales timpico which were to die for. Whoever made those perfected the tamales and the shredded pork. The server was attentive. Definitely try this place.

The food was alright but are waiter kept getting frustrated because he kept forgetting our food had had to go back to get it. And when we were leaving to pay we asked the manager and he yelled and cussed at us thinking we couldn’t pay and how we were stupid. Overall this is not a good place to go to and I don’t recommend.

Completely underwhelming experience. The salsa bar was the most redeeming aspect of the meal. The Tacos Al Pastor were absurdly dry. Everyone else eating with me also felt the meal was underwhelming.

While other members of my family were somewhat satisfied with their food, my taco salad had undercooked beef as well as being super greasy. Other tables got lots of attention while we were left pretty much alone.
