I placed a large order for my clinic & it was a MESS by the time I got it a few miles up the street. This is the 2nd time I’ve placed a large order & had a bad experience at this location. The 1st time they didn’t have any drink carriers & fruit punch flew all over my car. I drive a luxury car & had to get a detail afterwards. When you’re spending hundreds of dollars with a business, you expect to have a good experience. After this 2nd experience I went by to show them the pic & explain what has been happening. They apologized but didn’t try to resolve this at all. A huge miss on their part. Doubt I’ll use them again because all trust is lost on getting the food & drinks transported without completely ruining the interior of my car. Picture for reference.

I love the food! Most of the service members are young and at times it shows but they are all super sweet and trying their best! All VERY POLITE! Love the cheese dip! Very clean! Perfect for the slow pace of Hope, AR Only suggestion I could have is to put some money into that parking lot, it’s rough in areas.

The best Mexican food in town. We eat here all the time. The staff are always quick, very pleasant, and work together well. We have had very few issues, but they are always easily resolved. We’ve eaten here without trouble with up to 12 people in the party. Definitely recommend!

We’ve visited El Parian several times, and the food has been consistently good, the service fast, and everyone has been friendly! The only negative (IMO) is that they serve Pepsi products. Their prices were fair and the servings were big.

I went in for lunch and the food and service was absolutely amazing!! This is definitely my go to spot for lunch now. I. Had there fajitas and white queso. Definitely a 5 star experience. Was in and out in under thirty minutes and stuffed!

Was very disappointed in our visit, not a single employee spoke good English well enough to get our order/drinks correct (which we literally only got a chimichanga meat and cheese only w/queso and steak tacos) asked for teas and got sodas then requested our teas we were brought other tables food twice and when we did get our food the two plates came out 10 almost 15 minutes apart with many things wrong such as veggies being on it(I’m allergic to onion so this was a huge issue) aside from the food quality also being subpar the waitress had her shirt hiked up above the apron where most of her bare abdomen was out on the plates she was carrying, we also only saw her twice once to get our drinks then to fix them and take our order we were never checked on or refilled a busser brought us our check and we left without the to go boxes we were patiently waiting to ask for until no server ever showed back up, as for atmosphere it was very awkward just a bunch of tables crammed close together with folks staring at each other in what I gathered was a mutual uncomfort as everyone in our vicinity were talking abt the same issues we were having. Really hoped this would be a good new restaurant in our community and was very very dissatisfied on many levels. Juan’s and dos will stay our regulars.

I’ve been there three times and each visit has been excellent! For a town our size, we’re fortunate to have several great restaurants, and El Parian is a wonderful addition. If you’re passing through, it’s definitely worth a stop—the service is impressively quick.

Right amount of spice for a gringo
Had the #11 hard taco,beef burrito,chicken enchilada.filling no beans or rice.
Just a suggestion perhaps something more than just ground meat in your beef burrito like maybe adding some cheese and some beans and instead of just seasoned hamburger meat… perhaps shredded beef.
