This place is phenomenal. The service is amazing. Our server, Isa, took great care of us. The owner, Mery, was so friendly and welcoming. Drinks are a amazing ,great N/A drinks. I ate before I took pictures but it was too good i couldn’t wait. 10/10 experience definitely

Everything from the moment I walked in was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely finger-licking good. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to extremely poor service and a complete lack of accountability. My order was messed up not once, but twice. After the first mistake, I tried to be understanding and politely asked for it to be corrected. Unfortunately, the second attempt was also wrong.
What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude. There was no accountability whatsoever and the response was completely non-apologetic. Instead of acknowledging the repeated mistake and trying to make things right, the staff acted as if the issue was insignificant.
When I explained that I did not eat the meal because it wasn’t what I ordered, I asked if they could offer any kind of adjustment or discount. That request was denied, even though the error happened twice and the food remained untouched.
Mistakes can happen at any restaurant, but how they are handled makes all the difference. In this case, the lack of ownership, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve the issue made the experience very frustrating.
I ordered a “Calentado con arepa and chicharrón” I only ate the arepa and the chicharrón as I did not get the “Calentado” nonetheless I was billed for the whole item as you are able to see on the receipt.

I ordered a steak dish to go and it was delicious . Came with French fries , sweet salad ( never had it before but loved it ) , perfect white rice and some kind of tasty little green sauce on the side . Steak was cooked perfectly . Staff very friendly and my order was ready quickly . I was offered a glass of ice water while I waited in the bar area and that never happens at other places while I wait . I will definitely come here again .

The most expensive lemonade ($10) and is actually not fresh squeeze. I pay for the right price , but this was an offense. Food is ok .

Really good food. I got the hamburger and it was massive and delicious. The fresh drinks were great too. I’ll definitely come back to try the Bandeja Paisa.
Service was also fantastic. I hope they get a chance to keep growing and would be a cozy place for a cocktail if they get a license!
