Bad service. My husband ordered a torta from there, he took his first bite and a long hair came out of the torta. He went back to show them, with attitude they asked what he wanted. If he wanted his money back or what. He simply said that he just wanted a new torta. He saw them throw away that torta. When the lady came out to give him his new torta. She pulls out a napkin with the hair inside and starts saying that the hair didn’t come from them. She’s the only one in the kitchen and that’s not her hair. She started to argue with us. It didn’t make any sense for her to reach into the trash can, take out the hair, put it on a piece of napkin and come out to argue with us that it wasn’t her hair. Trying to indicate that we put the hair there. What sense would that make? When we asked her to just make a new torta. Really bad service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Me and my wife have been coming here recently. They serve good food, but on August 16, 2024 we ordered 2 orders of quesabirrias with consomé, 1 tamal de mole, 1 agua de piña for takeout. While the agua de piña was good I can’t say the same to the other items. Most notably some of our quesabirrias had little bits of what seems to be bones. This really threw me and my wife off. Very disappointed considering the previous times we ordered from there the food was good and we won’t be ordering from there again.

Best Mexican food in the area. I love the huevos a la mexicana, chilaquiles verdes, and quesabirrias. Tamales are also good! I’ve been buying food from them for weeks and I love how good the food tastes. Food tastes like authentic Mexican food.

I just grub hub’d from here TODAY! It arrived hot and quickly. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about the quesa tacos are good and the flavors are great. They are also half the price of other places and they don’t charge you extra for cheese and consomé. I will order again

The food was good but the lady taking orders with the rosary tattoo on the hand had a nasty attitude like we were bothering her to be there, also she got my order wrong, we brought it to their attention twice and she was not willing to make it better for her paying customer, I don’t think that’s fair especially when I’m a paying customer and not asking for a free handout. No wonder that the business next door had a long line of customers unlike them at paraiso. Again the food was great but her nasty attitude made it a bad experience overall.

This was my first time here. The two menu items I tasted were good. I asked what their most popular item was and was told Sopas. I ordered that. My friend had a soup based on a photo on the front of the restaurant. I liked it as well.
