Food was nicely portioned and nicely seasoned. The good came out quickly too.
We went right after a festival, so they restaurant was Packed. There was a line to the door, but it moved very quickly. There was 1 person per station so we were expecting a long delay. We were completely wrong. Our food was out within minutes. Whatever we needed, the staff rushed to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone was friendly. Some of the staff have a slight English barrier. Besides that, everything was as to be expected with such a large amount of people.

Every time I come here they never put limes in my orders, even if I ask for more! I don’t know why they are so greedy with their limes. I spent $80 dollars here and when I asked for limes they told me they had already put some in my bags. When I got home I received 1/8 of a lime for 3 tacos, not only is it a very small piece of lime for 3 tacos but they are dry with no lime juice. We already spent $80, do they want to sell us the limes too? The same situation with the salsas, they put very few even in with big orders!

The greasiest burritos in town. This place is garbage. The steak is always greasy and tough to chew and lacks flavor. Felt like puking half way into the steak burrito. Last time I buy Mexican food here.

I tried the steak burrito, and honestly, it was disappointing. The steak was tough and lacked flavor, and the overall burrito felt greasy and heavy. It didn’t taste fresh or healthy at all. Definitely not something I’d order again if you’re looking for quality or nutrition.

Horchata isn’t sweet. Beans are cold. Huarache is not cooked all the way, very doughy and also not hot. Pastor is super dry and it’s all swimming in oil. Garbage. I want my $42 back.

My fiancé and I just went through the drive thru to grab a late night meal (keep in mind this is our first time trying El Paraiso). Drive thru wait was pretty long but it was fine, we were okay with it. However, as we approached the ordering screen/speaker, we noticed there were NO prices on the menu- we immediately thought that was sketchy. We proceeded to order cheese fries extra crispy and a veggie burrito. After waiting for the cars ahead of us, we got to the pickup window where we got VERY grossed out by the view. Who wants to view kitchen tiles, grout, and a bunch of pots and pans while waiting to pick up their food order? Already losing my appetite, we paid $12 for our order and made sure everything was in the bag. We pulled into the parking lot to eat and as I opened my cheese fries, I noticed there was NO CHEESE. I figured they maybe had put the cheese in the bag but I didn’t find anything. My fiancé called the place as the drive thru was packed with cars but no one picked up despite 7 times of calling the restaurant. Also one last thing- our receipt has no proof of what we ordered. It simply states the price, that’s it. Very sketchy and super dissatisfied.
