Honestly, the pizzas are good, but the delay of more than an hour is terrible.
They don’t have conditions for people to wait either, but not even a chair , nor space.
The quality of the pizza is exquisite, very good, but waiting so long for a pizza really takes away the desire to eat it,
you can still try to order it by phone, you’ll have to wait for the same thing for more than an hour…
it really doesn’t make sense…
the tip is almost more obligatory than the signature when you pay with the card…

Worst experience ever, thanks God I just went for a mango shake . First thing I stood in front of the cashier while the two girls where on the phone talking about personal stuff. The shake had no taste whatsoever, the best service and taste goes to the location front of Hialeah Hospital

I had a disappointing experience at Palenque Pizzeria. The staff seemed exhausted, and the overall service was slow and unmotivated.
The pizza was not well made—the center was undercooked, but the edges were burnt. The cheese had a rubbery texture that made it unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the portion for a small pizza was way too small for the price.
Honestly, it’s not worth it. Bad service, bad food, and overpriced. I wouldn’t go back.

I’ve been to almost every Palenque Pizeria, and this one is the worst of them all. The pizza is super small, with almost no dough, when that’s what truly characterizes Cuban pizza. I ordered a chorizo one, and it seemed like it was just cheese. I think they should stop the media hype and focus on improving their products and service. I don’t recommend this place at all. What a shame. ♀️

Very bad customer service, super slow staff. I made an order thru phone to pick up and they said that in 30 minutes it will be ready, and I had to wait a little more than an hour to get my order. They were so slow that the accumulated a lot of people waiting and the police had to come to get them out of there and wait in the car. Just pathetic!

This is in a gas station, but every time I come south, I always get their pizza. Being Cuban and living in north Florida, I miss Cuban pizza but good Cuban pizza. They make it just right and how I like it, extra crispy. They also have sueros, which is like a shake with ice cream. Food is good and fast.

The food is good but I have to say the service is great. Liset, took my order by phone and when I arrived she was making 4 different shakes, taking orders, answering the phones and taking their orders, charging the clients, etc and with a great attitude. These are the employees you want to see dealing with the Public. I can tell she will go far with her dedication, professionalism and great customer service. She is definitely and asset to the company. Keep it up!!!
