To our disappointment our lunch was full of hairs. That was our biggest disappointment but not our only one. Every time we have picked up food from here there is something incorrect or completely missing from our order. This time we had no enchiladas sauce on our enchiladas. We checked the inside too and it was dry. There was queso we paid extra for on it but no enchiladas sauce that comes with it. We already know we are over paying when we come here so its a huge slap in the face when we can’t even eat our $14 chimichanga because of the hairs through out inside of it. Literally wrapped around the steak pieces. Also hair or something along that line in the queso dip as well. It’s sad to see places care so little to provide quality food and service but ask so much from their customers. I would say it was a bad day if it wasnt for the consistent bad experience.

A very clean and comfortable restaurant. Our waitress was personable. The two dinners were disappointing. The soft taco lacked flavor; the enchiladas were large but very bland.
The TexMex foods that I have enjoyed for almost 50 years have always presented distinct individual flavors. The meats are juicy with a complementary mix of Southwestern spices. The TexMex meals always feature the fresh taste of jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, cumin, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. The frijoles should also be more than the taste of a can of just opened beans. The rice was adequate.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. It may have been a bad day in the kitchen (Feb 14/Valentines Day). My wife and I were unimpressed with the food quality but we will return and hope our first time there was a fluke.

We walked in a few minutes before closing (honestly we didn’t think to look at their hours beforehand, which i feel terrible about), however, we were greated by our Waitress, Heather and she was just so welcoming and splendid. The food was fresh, salsa was super good, and the spicy white cheese dip was great. It’s a total Ozark staple.

I usually don’t complain, but lastnight customer service was not up to par. So, I ordered 2 ( one,two) 1/2 pint orders of salsa with my order . I was only given 1/2 bag order of chips . After asking the manager ( red face self) for more chips to complete my order . He made me pay for additional chips. This is unacceptable customer service.

This was my mother’s favorite restaurant and since she past we go on her anniversary. I hate to say the quality went way down. Every dish we order came hot on outside and cold in middle. Cheese dip came to table solid, food was so dry no drink could save you, and was over price ,maybe if was high quality I could chantmind in price. I loved the place so will try again.

Very Americanized Mexican Food. It isn’t terrible, but it definitely is not authentic and my kids could tell immediately and my oldest didn’t even want to eat what he ordered. I had the chimichanga it was alright. The steak that it was prepared with was seasoned really well which made the dish.
They forgot to put in my husband’s order so he ended up having to wait longer than the rest of us. The portions are way smaller than you would get at any real Mexican restaurant so it wasn’t worth it to us. The queso dip tasted like they melted Velveeta cheese and brought it out. Never in my life. The salsa was okay, but it comes out of a jar that they advertise for purchase so not fresh at all.
In conclusion, if you do not like authentic Mexican food, but want to be fancier than Taco Bell this would be a good choice for you. If you are into good authentic Mexican Food, this isn’t the place for you and you will be severely disappointed.

The food is really just okay. I thought it was odd to have ranch brought out to me for a taco salad. It was pretty bland. There’s no sour cream or guacamole or anything else added to the salad. The Pollo Loco had really big strips of chicken instead of being cut up, which is also weird to me. The service was great, though. Good prices for the servings.

The dining experience was terrific. We had a lot of food and the prices were very reasonable compared to many other Mexican cuisine restaurants. The spicy white cheese dip and salsa are really excellent and they offer the spicy cheese on other dishes without an up- charge. All of us had to get to go containers to take home what we couldn’t eat. We will definitely return again soon. Our waitress, Heather was hospitable, friendly and very patient. She went beyond the normal duties to make us feel welcomed.
