The new Palacio de los Jugos location in Cutler Bay delivers exactly what you expect from this iconic brand. A great variety of fresh fruits, juices, and the well-known Cuban food options to go that Palacio is famous for. It is consistent with every other location — no surprises here. Same quality, same offerings, and the same reliable experience that keeps people coming back.

My husband decided to go up to palacios to get me chicken soup for my cold. I love Cuban chicken soup loaded with lime juice when I’m sick. We were excited to try the new restaurant, however I became very disappointed when serving myself some soup he brought home. I noticed as I ladled the soup in a bowl it was loaded with bones and cartilage. I realize bones add flavor to soup, but they should be removed before serving to a customer. Not only did we pay for bones and cartilage in our soup, but it’s also dangerous! I had to eat the soup slowly as I was afraid I missed picking one out. The only plus is my husband said the service was great, and they were very helpful considering he doesn’t speak Spanish. Even with that being said, I’m not sure we will be back, at least not anytime soon.

We placed an order for catering at the new Cutler Bay location for this New Year’s Eve 2025 for 10 people. We ordered masitas de puerco, congri y plátanos fritos, all for $99.00 + tax. The price wasn’t the problem, the food was absolutely terrible! The pork chucks were HUGE, didn’t even looked cooked or seasoned, they were tasteless, pale and they didn’t even give us mojito for the pork. I’m sorry but I’ve had better masitas from little restaurants, holes in the wall with absolutely delicious Cuban flavor. Those were not “masitas” I’ve never had Cuban food that was this bland and tasteless before. I’ve lived in Miami for 43 yrs and El Palacio de los Jugos has always been known for good food. Not sure of what happened to this location! ♀️ The darker little chunks in the picture are the fried plantains. It’s sad that I ended up re-seasoning the pork and making it into bite sizes, so that everyone could eat. ♀️

I went into Google Palacia to buy a half gallon of orange juice and had a frustrating experience. When I walked in, I went to a register where three employees were standing and talking. None of them acknowledged me or offered to help. After waiting, I noticed another register where a customer was being helped, so I walked over there instead.
The employee at that register pointed me back to the other register where the three employees were still standing around. When I asked for orange juice, none of them seemed to understand what I meant unless I said it in Spanish. It was surprising and disappointing that basic customer service and communication were such a challenge.
Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized. I simply wanted to buy orange juice, but it turned into an unnecessarily frustrating interaction. I hope the management can improve customer service and make sure staff are attentive and able to assist customers.

I love the place and it smells brand new in the parking lot. It smells like paint. They worked really hard making it and they had very good service and the bathroom was clean and the soap was working I’ve been waiting for this and this is the best last year. I know it’s tiny. Where is the best one in color Bay color Bay has opened a new Palacio de I love this place. This is a good experience. The grand opening was awesome. I went in and it was amazing. I really loved it.

They have great specials in the cafeteria. Great price for the quaility. And this particular location is the cleanest and most organized of all Palacio de los Jugos.
Waiting time is what is discouraging. Maybe they need more personnel in the back or a larger griddle, but 30 mins waiting for a breakfast needs some solution.

Is it unreasonable to expect bilingual staff? Given the demographics of this area, many customers speak only English. It’s frustrating to receive attitude simply because you don’t speak Spanish. I spent $20 on a meal and received a container mostly filled with rice, with only two pieces of beef and two potatoes. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Meal was delicious though.

This is not by any stretch of the imagination delicious food. Bland, carelessly seasoned nothing spectacular. I was really looking forward to this place but this location has been a major disappointment – specially after comparing it to the 8 street location that I have visited for over 20 years. Que paso con la comida? Se les acabo el mojo para el lechon? Que comida tan desabrida da pena que esa sea la muestra Que ustedes quieren ofrecer de la comida cubana.
