This was my third time coming here, and unfortunately my third disappointment.
I stopped in just to grab a small soup and ended up standing there for about 30 minutes because the customers ahead of me clearly didn’t know what they wanted. Instead of moving the line along or helping the next person, the employee just stood there waiting while the line stalled completely. No urgency, no effort to speed things up.
When I finally got to order, I asked for the price of the large soup and was told $7. I decided to get the small instead—$3 for a tiny portion with absolutely nothing included. No bread, no sides, nothing. For comparison, El Rinconcito next door sells the same soup for about half the price and it comes with bread.
Between the slow service and the poor value, I won’t be coming back. Three visits, three letdowns. Lesson learned.

I love this place because it serves authentic and well prepared Cuban food. The milk shakes and fresh fruit juices are delicious, and they also have a great selection of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables, and traditional Cuban snacks. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Miami!!

I had eaten here years ago. But, I don’t get this far south often. There’s always a long line. But they typically have you through the line relatively quickly. The ladies serving are very attentive and helpful. The food is amazing! As to atmosphere, how much can you expect for $10-20 at an extremely high volume establishment? Just with all of the amazingly enticing dishes, and the ready willingness of the servers, I simply don’t see what more one could ask for. Assuming you don’t mind waiting in line for 10-15 minutes.

I came here looking for a good fresh smoothie. I got the papaya smoothie (one of the best I had in a while) and it was delicious. Definitely recommend if your in the area on one of these hot summer days.

This place was the reason I got fat during COVID lol. They serve enough food to feed a village and have literally everything you’d want if you’re trying to show off or get a taste of Cuban roots with your friends or family. From smoothies and fried plantains to full meals, fresh fruit, and even jugs of juice you can take home. If it’s your first time in Miami and you feel like you could eat a horse, just pull in and start ordering.

Absolutely delicious freshly made sandwiches at very reasonable prices. Fruit juices and deserts were also excellent and plenty of covered seating areas on the outside patio.

I came to get some fresh fruit juice and it was clean and the juice was great but the service was not good.
I think everyone needs retraining

One of the best places for Cuban food around
They sell it at affordable prices by the pound
The size of the sandwiches astound
The juices are also so good and fresh you’d want another round
My moments here with a pork sandwich, y un jugito de mango are profound
There are various locations in Miami where this spot can be found
If your favorite place for Cuban food closes, this would be the perfect rebound
How does that sound?
I guess good food makes me rhyme without knowing it
