Got the special Carne Asada burrito. Excellent burrito, I have been to a lot of places and this is top 5 of all time. Salsa bar had some real spicy stuff, also more mild options. I had to ask for chips as rhey were not brought to my table and you order at the counter and you also pick up your food order at a separate counter. But food was excellent so far.

Food was really disappointing. Enchiladas were TERRIBLE, very dry. Didn’t see any enchilada sauce at all. Not shredded beef, like most enchiladas, but little pieces of overcooked and dry little cuts of beef. Worse enchiladas I’ve ever had.
Beans were like soup.
Menu said that combos were served with beans and rice, not bean soup or bean dip.
We will NOT be back.

I’ll absolutely return for the outstanding chiles verdes and those incredible handmade corn tortillas—easily some of the best I’ve ever had.
However, the restaurant is losing return customers (including me bringing my wife or friends) because of the visibly neglected cleanliness. The entryway floors, walls, and windows are covered in long-accumulated grime that’s impossible to ignore. It immediately raises concerns about overall hygiene and detracts from the fantastic food.
To the owners: Please prioritize a deep clean, especially in the areas customers see first and last. Fix this, and I’d happily bring others (we travel frequently to Mexico and love authentic Latin American cuisine) and upgrade this review. Right now, the dirt is turning people away who would otherwise become regulars.

This place is really good if you are looking for tasty fresh pupusas don’t count on their curtido tho, it always looks and tastes like it’s days old. Prices and atmosphere in here are decent. If we are talking strictly pupusas I do recommend it, everything else not so much.

Disgusting. They need to get inspected and shut them down. The salsa bar all looked old. The onion for the tacos in the bar smelled so bad rotten. The curtido for the popusas was slimy. I even told the front lady that it was bad and she got bothered. I’m going to report them this is not ok.

The food is enjoyable, but the consistency can vary depending on the chef. It seems to be influenced by the specific day of the week one visits.

Pupusas were yummy at a good price. The place was clean, there was plenty of seating, and the salsa bar was cool. They definitely have locally source ingredients, especially cor the pupusas. I would like to come back and try their soups and tamal de elote. Thank you for the meal.

I came looking for authentic Salvadorean food. A salvadorean breakfast that fills you up with flavor.

Instead I order my eggs sunny side up hard (see picture), I don’t know what I got. It was some sort of egg, but not what I expected.

I ordered Fried Plantains (Platanos fritos) a tipical dish of the salvadorean cuisine, (see picture), I got half banana/ half fried plantains.

I still had hopes the pupusa would change my taste buds and my mind (see picture), I did not get a pupusa, I got a tortilla with a bit of cheese in the center. I had to really look hard to see the cheese and to taste the cheese.

I’m definitely not coming back here. I guess this place is an eatery but is not a salvadorean restaurant, selling salvadorean food.

Service – What service? This place is like a gas station where you serve yourself. What they cook is handed to you from the kitchen.

I really had hopes for this place.

I don’t leave bad reviews until I’m done with the place. Ate here several times, drove across town to eat here. They are inconsistent with their quality of asada. After getting our order which was obviously mixed with old burnt meat, we’re done! Taste like charcoal and cannot even salvage the food. Ordered tacos regularly, and sometimes a burrito, only had asada. Rice was hit or miss.
