What truly sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming service. The staff always make us feel right at home, and their friendliness keeps us coming back again and again. Whether it’s a quick meal or a relaxed dinner, El Paisa never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food and a great dining experience!
On top of the amazing food, the restaurant itself is adorable. The setup is cute, cozy, and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal that feels both comforting and special.
If you’re craving authentic Mexican food with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go!
Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruins the experience. During my most recent visit, I ordered something specific, and when my food came out, it was the wrong item. When I politely explained that it wasn’t what I ordered, the cashier/manager insisted that I had ordered exactly what they gave me. That was frustrating because I know what I asked for, why would I not know what I wanted to order?
Instead of trying to understand or fix the mistake, she made it seem like it was my fault. A simple apology and correction would have gone a long way. Great food deserves great service, and it’s disappointing that the attitude at the front counter doesn’t match the quality coming out of the kitchen.
I truly hope they improve their customer service because the food is too good to be overshadowed by poor treatment.
I didn’t ask for a refund. I simply won’t come back.
I didn’t eat the food, and my receipt was thrown away with the bag.
It’s important to note that customers don’t have to prove anything. As mentioned earlier, I didn’t ask for a refund, but food safety is important. The pictures were taken right when I opened the bag. It was my choice to take the time to make awareness. Salsa and meat were old as well. You can tell from the package bloated with fermented liquid inside. Not everyone is ignorant of these clues.
Note for the establishment; question your service, not the customer. Serve fresh food and have employees wear gloves. Reheating old food 100 times won’t take the old away. Judging from your response to my experience, my guess is that you got used to the low standards.
