The service here was friendly and kind. They’re great people, and the place is nice to eat with family. The food was also very delicious, the tacos and fries were our choice, and they didn’t dissapoint. I highly recommend stooping here if your visiting nearby.

They let me sample the two different ceviches they serve. They were both delicious but the fish ceviche did it for me . The agua fresca was good. The service was also excellent! Will be returning!

El Padrino is a must-visit!
We had an amazing meal — hands down the best tortillas we’ve ever tasted and incredible, authentic carne asada. The place is super clean and cozy, but the real highlight was the service. Everyone made us feel so welcome and appreciated. It was such a genuine, happy vibe. Totally worth the stop — we can’t wait to go back!

Today I visited a great lil restaurant in Toppenish. This new cozy lil dine in is a must to visit. As you walk in, you see the beginnings of a new establishment, as they are starting out. Now with that said, you would expect things to be out of order, long wait for food to get done, as is when new places start out, because they’re getting the hang of it, but not in this case. Yes the spot is new, yes the visuals or ascetics of the place may not be flamboyant, or extreme, but it is simple, organic, and CLEAN. As you walk in your greeted with a smile, and friendly welcoming by Ricardo the Owner. His friendliness and smile welcome you with a sense of joy and happiness, and great fullness you are there. This is something that is missing in many restaurants now days. Many times, you fill like a number, needed to keep them open, rather than trying to be a freind, something that is more than a customer. As you look around the spot is a simple blank humble canvas, yet has a warm feel, that says home. As I began to talk with Ricardo, I knew this is more than just a restaurant to him, it’s his passion. HIs willingness to communicate with you, coupled with his knowledge of food is a great combination. He shared that he had worked at Olive Garden, Sharis, Dennys, Azteca, Steak houses, and other places over the years. With this knowledge he has chosen to keep the menu simple with breakfast and some top choices to choose from. The go to food for me here is the Birria Tacos. If you’re a connoisseur of great Mexican food, and it MADE RIGHT, then YOU must try their Birria Tacos. These things are addicting, don’t say I didn’t warn you!. . I have been back 5 times in 2 weeks, because they are so good. The condiments displayed on the table, next to the dish with the tacos is so eye pleasing, and the taste is out of this world. I have to many spots but these are by far my favorite. So if your into great food, great service, and a clean restaurant, then this is a must try spot. Plus he’s willing to make something you like as well, which is the best part of all. Don’t see it on the menu, just ask, and he will fix it right up. I give this start up a solid 5stars!. .
