Some of the best authentic Mexican tacos I’ve had in a long time! The tortillas were soft and flavorful, the meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the fresh cilantro and onions added the perfect balance. The green salsa was fresh and bright with just the right kick. Simple, authentic, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Wow! wow! Super fresh authentic Mexican food!! We have lived in Miami and Georgia and have not been able to find a true authentic Mexican restaurant. It was here in Muscatine, Iowa hidden. A hole in a wall literally! Not visible to all. Waiter was very polite and welcoming. We have to come back with the rest of our family for sure!

Met a friend there … They have recently painted, rearranged & looks like new tables. The menu is full of options and the coolers have fresh groceries to take home. They also have dried goods/packages available.

Recently relocated from Miami and this has become my go to restaurant. The big chain restaurants will NEVER give you the service and quality as a place like this. Attention to detail is insane, food prep timing is amazing,prices are very good and the customer service is underrated. You are greeted, checked on and treated like a restaurant should. The two main servers are ON TOP OF THEIR GAME! As far as the kitchen/chef, I’ve never been back there but something magical happens back there because the food is fast, delicious and presented VERY well. My favorite so far is the tostada de Milanesa and steak tostadas. The cooks/cook are doing the damn thing. Any negative reviews are just people that don’t know or appreciate real Mexican food. This is better than the Miami restaurants I used to eat in. Keep up to good service!!

I ordered a 3 taco plate with rice and beans, chips and salsa. Everything was GREAT! I tried barbacoa, carnitas, and steak. The salsa was served warm which seemed intentional. Excellent salsa. Great chips.

I am not a local and just stopped off for lunch passing through but the food was just wonderful and the service was friendly and welcoming. My traveling companion reported that her burrito was the best she’d ever had and my tacos were also delicious.

Ok I am from Texas and I thought how good can Iowa Mexican be? Green and red sauce brought the heat and the taco and tostada were great! I was impressed. It’s not fancy but it is delicious! We had lunch and then went back 2 days later to get dinners to go!
