I will never go back to this restaurant they over charged me for my food just in a burrito and 6 pupusas and two agua de Jamaica they charged me more than $60 dlrs, when I asked the guy how much were the agua de Jamaica he said 6 dlrs each,excessive price. It used to be my favorite place for pupusas but not anymore I will never go back. I guess now I will go to Ruben’s pupuseria instead.!

I never tried pupusas, and I heard this place makes the best in town. I think I heard right. I ordered the pupusa Revuelta, Chicharron, and Queso. I highly recommend the Revuelta! It’s the traditional El Salvadorian mix of cheese, beans, and pork. The Chicharron was also delicious. The Queso was good, but nothing special.
The pupusas were beautiful golden brown delicious pillowy cakes filled with great combinations of flavors, ready to be topped with coleslaw and salsa. This little restaurant is sandwiched between several others and can be easy to miss. Don’t sleep on this hidden gem!

AUTHENTIC!! This place has some of the best tasting Mexican food I’ve ever had.
I ordered a Ginormous burrito that is not even on the menu. It was literally at least 2 feet long. Only paid $18 for it. If you want it, just ask for the big burrito. Of course it would have been free if I could have finished it under 20 minutes, but no human could eat this mammoth-sized burrito that fast.
I will definitely be going back here to try all the other items they have on the menu!

I ordered pollo pupusas, but received queso. They were good, but I would’ve liked to try what I ordered. 2 pupusas, rice & beans was $12.99 for reference. Also, didn’t appreciate being told about the 3% surcharge for using a credit card after paying. Overall, a mediocre experience.

Had the sopes one adobada one pollo and they hit the spot! They have a small salsa bar which is nice so you can serve what you need.

There is nothing fancy about this place — it’s just really good food. There’s *literally* about 20 other places within 2 miles that offer similar cuisine (Salvadoran/Mexican), so it should say something that this spot stands out above the rest. Also, this is just off the freeway, so if you’re traveling through you can pick up something to eat and get back on the road pretty quick…probably with an awesome California Burrito for the road. ((Note: If your Spanish is limited, just go inside to order. They have a menu on the wall with lots of photos of what’s available))
