New to the neighborhood so I had to try this place and I wasn’t disappointed. From the minute I walked into the place, I got a lovely vibe. Crowder but not too busy to be seated quickly. Great menu to choose from and wonderful service. The complimentary chips and salsa were particularly good. I enjoyed my pineapple margarita with my beef taco salad. Fun night out. I’ll definitely be back.

I decided to get some “To-go” for my best friend’s birthday because Mexican is her favorite. This was my 1st time visiting this location and even entering was a little uninviting. I had to ask someone where to place an order. While placing my order, I felt a little RUSHED..i had questions and they were met with very short, snappy answers. I don’t know if the guy taking orders was the one that always takes orders, because in the middle of me ordering he took a phone call(Yes, rude) and he stated that they were very short staffed on the phone. I opted for 2 orders of the fajita nachos. Now i don’t know if this is normal practice but the do NOT put the nachos on the side, so by the time i got to my destination, my nachos were soggy and soft. I also ordered guacamole and a quesadilla…which my total was around $50. Not only did they forget the quacamole but for the price, i shouldn’t have gotten to eat soggy nachos. So needless to say that i am 100% disappointed, the food seemed like it would have been excellent if i dined in but i would never order “to-go” from them again.

we went for the burgers which were burnt and really bland, no flavor. Nachos were good as always. Watch out!! Got overcharged use bogo free coupon on burger, but had already left. Not sure about going back in the future.

Placed takeout order. Usually ok but the order was incorrect and plated so poorly it looked like dog food. Missing items. It looked so awful I was concerned they dumped it in the takeout container from someone else’s plate. $39 !!! They won’t get any more of my money. Gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give zero

Their food is ok, but nothing special. We visited on Christmas eve, so perhaps they were understaffed, but service was not very good. With the holiday, this may not be their typical service.

I come here on a consistent basis. Waiters are always friendly and timely. To the point where I don’t even have to speak they know what I’m getting. An El Nopal is a El Nopal. But if you’re in a bit of a rush this may be the location you’re looking for. Plus better quality of food then going to McDonalds

This restaurant is located in Hikes Point. Large dining room and good size bar area. We went for lunch and the first thing I noticed was how clean the area was when we walked in. Good service and good food.
