Just ate there for a meeting. Prices pretty good, quantity generous. My complaint is the floors esp bathrooms and entryway very slick. I am disabled and use the cane. When the cane slides it’s not good. Told them and they supposedly cleaned ladies room. Not any better maybe they need a different chemical to mop with. Other than that it was a good time.

You better bring an appetite when you come here.! The serving size of my “single fajitas order” could have fed 3 people. I took home MORE FOOD than I expected to get on my original order.!! And it was DELICIOUS.!!!

Mullet Lover!
It was nothing notable. I rarely find a Mexican restaurant that stands out from others. They all claim they are authentic. So I guess that’s why they are all the same and nothing special. As a Mexican food lover, this place looked clean on the outside and inside. There’s a lot of room between tables and not piled in on top of one another. We split a buritto. There was plenty left over. I’m am giving my review from an early evening(4pm-5pm) before the night rush if they have one. Like many things, the leftover over was terrible reheated the next day. I’ve only been there once, so I can not recommend what to get, but there has to be something better than what we got.

We just ate there today and chose two different grilled tilapia meal. The fish was smelling old and the veggies like broccoli and cauliflower that came with it was old, dry and rotten..I almost threw up. We asked for fresher veggies but the waiter said they only cook in the mornings and just offered more rice which we didnt accept. We always like going to different El Nopal but we had a bad experience on this area, so we wont be going back there.

Ok looking forward in doing this review. If you have lived in Columbus for any length of time, then you may know sirloin stockade. A well know restaurant that seems to have not survived COVID so sad to see them go but now it’s time to welcome the new Mexican Cuisine. Upon arrival it was later on Saturday around 9 pm. It wasn’t to busy plants of parking and seating. The place was clean and friendly greeting at the door on the way in. Friendly and prompt service. Food was very good and tasty.. I will be back. Like and follow me for more reviews

We went in on weeknight, early the place wasn’t that busy. From the start the server seemed annoyed and was not friendly at all. The food was ok. We did not order drinks. The place seemed clean. At the end my served rang up my 46.00 order and said oh he forgot the tax then my total was 59.92. I’m like wait why is it so much? He said it was TAX. I said that is really expensive tax! I added a tip and left. I still couldn’t believe it was that much then figured out he gouged me for a tip and I paid a tip on top! Watch your bill – probably worse if you are drinking! Will not go there again.

This location isn’t good. The food was DEFINITELY not what we ordered. We ordered the chimichanga and definitely got some sort of burrito. We went ahead and went with it because I didn’t want to send it back and chance getting spit in my food. But it definitely was not chimichanga.

Got the tacos with grilled meats (3 different tacos), onion & cilantro, lime and tomatillo sauce on double corn tortillas – yum! Service was excellent. Servings were bountiful. More than enough meat – honestly more than I was expecting. Love what they did with the building. Plenty of space and looks great. I see this being a regular lunch stop for us! If you leave there hungry, it’s your own fault…

Great addition to the area for a high-quality level of very well prepared food, drinks, and service. The young man suggested that I try the stuffed peppers. Imagine something that tastes so good that you instantly know it the moment when you take that first bite. In my opinion, this is likely the finest Mexican restaurant within a 250-mile radius. These people are humble and proud American people who really enjoy what they do.

Absolutely amazing food! The choices are plentiful, the staff is attentive and courteous . This is my 2nd time at El Nopal . Two different locations, both great but this one on National is outstanding! We will absolutely be coming back! I think my family has found their new “go to” food place!
