Well, I finally made it and all I have to say is OUTSTANDING!

Ordered from here twice. Both times it was overpriced and incorrect. Called and asked them to read back my order. They read it back incorrectly. When I asked for clarification, they were “suddenly” able to read it correctly. When asked for a refund for an incorrect order, they demanded if I “had ever made a mistake”. Of course I have. And when I do I try to correct it. They refused and said they can’t do anything about it. Stuck with a $16 burrito that I didn’t order and won’t eat.

It seems to me that every El Nopal is exactly the same. The food, the design, and the service. While there is nothing wrong with any of that, it would be nice to see a little individuality between restaurants. I have and will return again.

A very nice new restaurant location, where the old O’Charley’s used to be. Food was very good. I got the lunch chimichanga and it had beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and tomato with it. Also, a nice white cheese sauce. The salsa was great for me because it did NOT have cilantro in it like almost all the others do. You have no idea how much I appreciate that!!!

Great experience and will be back. The food was fresh, hot and good. I asked for a mango lime margarita and that was also good. The waitress checked on us often and refilled the chips. People were actively cleaning! That was really nice.
