Stopped here to get some food while on a road trip, it was a great choice!! Food was great and everyone loved it. All the workers were very nice and our food came out quick.

Ordered the chicken salad. Love the tortilla shell, but there was hardly any lettuce, far too much fresh onion and peppers. No sour cream. Next time I’ll have the peppers and onions done fajita style.

If you absolutely abhor flavor this is the place for you! There are zero seasonings in their kitchen. The carry out nachos were such a rip-off; there may have been 7 chips in the small size. Avoid if you’re looking for flavortown and a fill-up.

The food was good. Lunch specials were not expensive. The tortia chips was hot. The food was served a very short time after ordering it. They are fast during lunch time. This is great place to go during lunch if you are short on time and want a sit down meal instead of fast food.

I hate to say this but I’m so disappointed. I went to El Nopal a couple weeks ago, ordered Los Yolanda’s which comes with a side of rice… I get home take a bite and it’s EXTREMELY salty and it’s gritty. Not cooked all the way. The rice is my favorite part it makes the meal for me. I call and they replace it next day no problem(because of that I’m giving 2 stars) , it was good and I was happy. Fast forward to tonight, I call in and get the same thing pick it up get home and the rice is salty and gritty again like it’s not cooked all the way. At this point I don’t want to call to replace it again because I’m scared they’re going to think I’m being a Karen, plus I don’t want to get the kids back out to drive back up there so I just don’t eat it, even the kids refused it and they eat anything. Afterwards Im still hungry (bc I didn’t eat half my food) so I tried some of the salsa and chips and it tastes like tomato water. No flavor at all not like it usually is… Idk if they have a new chef or what’s going on but unfortunately I probably won’t go back to this location because I don’t have the time or gas to keep driving back and forth. Hopefully the kitchen can work on this issue bc it’s really a shame we’ve been coming here once a week for years.

Waiter didn’t seem to care about anyone he was waiting on. Barely came to our table and avoided us when walking by. We had to constant ask other waiters for things we wanted. He tapped my glass and expecting me to know what he meant by it. Which was what are you drinking? Took another family to their table behind us, threw their menus on the table and just walked off before the first person sat down. Didn’t even attempt to ask them what they wanted to drink. Waited on our food for more than 30min and when I asked about it, he blamed the wait on a big group. That group had already finished eating shortly after we ordered. Others who had came in after us had already gotten their food. He also never came back to our table with the check. I yelled for him when he was near our table and he just walked away. Had to walk up to the front to get our check to leave. Was there for over 2 hours. Would highly suggest taking the extra 5 to 10 minutes driving to Middletown to the El Nopal there. Way better service and nicer servers.

Table first 1, I was seated and waited quite a while for my server to arrive. Chips & 2 bottles of salsa came I poured one and it was rather bland so I added the 2nd boy it was spicy hot. I place my order a quite simple chicken quessadilla & 1/2 order queso now I wait. Queso was brought and I munch on chips/queso. I continue to wait, wait wait. Hmmm must be short staffing ING kitchen ‍♀️. My food arrives and I pick up a piece of meat from the plate its barely warm. I open the tortilla and touch my food basically its cold bare warm I get my server and say I’m not eating cold food, they ask if I want ait warmed up……seriously so I asked how long would I have to wait they didn’t know stating they were busy. I get my bill and go to register I want to speak with manager to voice dissatisfaction with cold food. The manager tells me my food was not cold, my server offered to heat it up and I said I’ve waited over 30 minutes I should have hot food.

The service was very good. The food was bland compared to most of the mexican restaurants that I have eaten at. I am normally one of their biggest fans but I was very disappointed and their fried ice cream was made out of a Napoleon ice cream. It was disappointing as well. But the salsa and service were by far the best parts of our visit.
