I’ve been coming here to get bread ever since I was a little girl with my parents. They always have delicious bread and carry the best snacks. The staff is very kind and I love buying from them.

Fresh bread….you have to love Mexican sweet bread and have tried lots of other bakeries to know El Nopal is one of the best in the area and it’s always fresh which yes you can taste….the bolillos are yum used for sandwiches or just toasted with butter….

We came in to Reedley from Kingsburg, just to pickup some Bolillos, which happen to be the best in the area, only to be told that they would be out of the oven in a short while. So, we ordered 2 dozen, prepaid, took bags of pan mexicano for dessert, and then drove over to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. We got our coffees, and sat in our car and enjoyed our Mexican pastry. They were so good. Shortly afterwards, we get a call from the bakery…our order was ready to be picked up. Mmmm, freshly-baked bolillos, right from the oven. Couldn’t ask for more. We got there and they were already packaged for us. Great timing and great service. Thanks to El Nopal Bakery, our baked ham sandwiches were the best! The potato salad, the pasta salad, and the baked beans were great also. We all enjoyed our meals, and later had pan mexicano with our coffee for dessert. So, if you’re driving thru and want some great pan mexicano and or bolillos, stop by El Nopal Bakery. They will take great care of your needs.

While my mother open the glass sliding window to get bread one of there breads fell out onto the ground mind you my mother didn’t drop it, it fell it self when she slid it open. She picked it up and PUT IT IN her tray to buy it since it fell. When she was putting the bread that fell on the floor onto her tray this lady who works there began yelling at her with this disgusting tone that even made my poor mother jump processed. She yelled at her will vulgar words saying that she better not put the bead back into there which she clearly saw my mom have it on her tray to buy. My mom began to tell this lady that she was gonna buy it and not to worry. Even after this lady scared her my mom, she still bought the bread when she could have just left after this lady yelled at her but she didn’t.
