The food is average, the servers are not very attentive. While I was eating here for about an hour, three people came in directly to my table to either ask me for money or try to sell me something, this has never happened to me before. One man was drunk, came right up to my family and was repeatedly asking for money. I told the servers, they didn’t seem to care and didn’t do anything to try to get him to leave. It was scary, 100% will not be back.

I went there for dinner w a Spanish speaking friend. The food was very good and the service quick, but there is very few workers who understand English. There was some friendly polite young woman server’s, but apparently, she misunderstood that I’m a plain food eater, because I ordered a burrito. But I had to send it back twice after my friend clarified, I didn’t want sour cream or other things that it came with.

I called to place my order and I asked for the pricing and I was told a cheaper price, but when I paid it was more and on the menu it states minimum $10 if you use a card. My order was $28, so I was beyond the minimum and they charged me $1.50 for using my debit card instead of paying cash. I wasn’t told about the fee, I noticed it on the receipt. I called 20 minutes before going and I still had to wait about 20 minutes extra for the order. Also when I walked in no one greeted us or even asked if we needed assistance. I waited a while for someone to acknowledge my presence. I understand they get busy, but everyone stared at us when we walked in and while we stood there waiting to be attended. Very unprofessional.

Terribleeeeee Service. Every time I order from this place they mess up my order. Or I only receive some of the items I ordered. if someone is paying over $50 dollars in food. You should have sone consideration in checking to make sure everything is in the bag. At this point I believe they do it on purpose. I understand 1 time but every single time. Terrible service. Will never buy from here again. El nopal in hempstead is way better. I ordered 2 orders of tacos. They sent only one order. I paid by card already over the phone. And then the delivery guy gets angry at my mom and starts banging on the door after she gives him the tip. He was very rude and made us look bad in front of family. When I called and asked for the order that was missing they were going to charge me a delivery fee again for their mistake and the lady over the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I live close by and I will be telling everyone to avoid this location at all cost. Horrendous staff. I will spend my hard earned money on a better Hispanic establishment. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

My mom likes the tacos from here. She was upset about something so I ordered her 2 tacos. Then I called literally 2 minuets after to call and cancel and I spoke to the same person. They said okay. A few minuets later they called me saying if I wanted my order and I said I called and canceled my order. The lady I was speaking to spoke to the guy in the background telling him I said I called and canceled my order. Then he tells her “tell her she doesn’t gain anything from..” I didn’t care enough to listen to them finish. Good tacos horrible people. I don’t think doesn’t even 1 star
