Fantastic rustic atmosphere, along with mouth watering food. This place has been on my list for a while and i was thrilled to finally come enjoy this wonderful restaurant. One of my favorite dishes for breakfast is machaca and eggs, and this place really hit it out of the park. The wife really liked her veggie omelette, will definitely come back here for sure..

We came in for breakfast so it was kind of quiet when we were there. We sat in the back of the restaurant where it was like a rainforest back there. We really enjoyed the waterfalls and birds.
Service was very fast. Food was very hot and delicious. My husband ordered the Venison Machaca with Quail Eggs and really enjoyed it. Prices here are very reasonable. We will be back

Five of us ate dinner. I had the 253.00 pesos Tacos de Marlin. My husband had marisco combination, which had 4 shrimp, a fish fillet, and a calamari filet which was 556.00 pesos. My daughter had filet mignon. 720.00 pesos. My niece had a bean burrito with vegetables, which was billed as a beef burrito combo 253.00 pesos. The food did not taste good. Saying it was mediocre, is being super generous. They handed me receipt and said I don’t have to sign. They added a 20%tip, without my consent or approval. They charged my card 210.00, and I was not aware if the total charges. The rice tasted like uncle Ben’s rice with tomatoes sauce. The marlins tacos were fish in a tomatoes sauce mixed with onions/tomato put in a fried taco shell. The food was not good, and were were very disappointed with the dishes. These were the worst fish taco’s I ever had. Save your money and go to a different Mexican restaurant. This was a waste of time and money. Review your bill, before you leave restaurant. I was handed my card and a folded receipt. I was told I did not need today sign anything. Total BS.

I absolutely loved this place—from its beautiful decorations and lush plants to its delicious food. I went with a group and wasn’t too hungry, so I stuck to drinks and appetizers, and they did not disappoint. I had the machaca de venado (shredded deer meat) and the house-made panela cheese with fresh flour tortillas—everything was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. We also tried a few drinks, which were pretty good as well. I’ll definitely have to come back here next time I’m in Rosarito!

We were seated and they seem to had forgot about us for about 10-15 mins. We love El Nido but we were disappointed with service this day. It also seemed a bit on the pricey side, over 50 bucks for two. But the food was good.

Beautiful and unique place to be! Delicious food and supreme attendants! The atmosphere is just unique like no other place, you can enjoy a coffee and have a good time here. No complaints whatsoever

Hadn’t been here in over 15 years. I remember it was a great place for breakfast and it still is. Did not disappoint. My son and I enjoyed the delicious coffee, delicious food and great service they provided for us. My favorite is the homemade flour tortillas. Off the hook. Place is clean, staff is very attentive and pricing is responsible. Will recommend this place to everyone.

When you enter the restaurant, you are immediately taken back in time with all the scenery and decorations, from the antiques to the live vegetarion that fills and surrounds many of the rooms. This is a place I would recommend for when you feel like having a nice steak! They offer various cuts and sizes and always cook them with wood embers on a live fire. If you are a meat lover, you should check this one out. All the tortillas are freshly made with every order too! This is definitely a good choice for a romantic date night.

Amazing restaurant from 1976 – so it has a lot of history! The ambiance is great! Make sure to ask for the back patio- it is covered in plants, birds flying, picturesce!
I have eaten the marlin tacos and had a tamarindo margarita. Recommended!
