Was confused when ordering because they do not have paper menus yet. Food came out quickly and was enjoyable. I would go again.

Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant has been horrible to say the least. I called the week before Thanksgiving and asked whomever answered the phone if the restaurant was going to be opened on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving in Spanish and she responded “si” which is yes in Spanish. I went onto the website on Wednesday morning the website showed opens at 12pm. I placed my order for delivery. I got a call from the DoorDash driver stating when the order should’ve been picked up stating he’s there but the restaurant is closed, door locked and no lights. I called the phone number no answer. I went back on the website and now it showed “temporarily closed”. This is definitely bad business practice and poor customer service PERIOD. I sent a message thru Facebook because when you call the business phone# it disconnects the call. An apology would’ve been nice. Instead the person behind the Facebook page for the restaurant called me “entitled individual” because I called them out on the poor customer service. Truth hurts. Do better, be better. This is not how you run around a Successful Business. That food was for my elderly father who lives in Jamestown. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS RESTAURANT, YOUR NOT GOING TO GET YOUR FOOD!!!! But what you will get is a disgruntled employee/owner with an entitled attitude!

No one is harassing anyone. Your attitude towards a customer who was simply expressing how your business impacted them in a negative way is not harassment. You should definitely do better be better hopefully possible future clients can see how you interact with a client because you didn’t take the necessary steps to ensure your employees and your business had the correct information. An apology would have been nice to begin with but you didn’t lead with that. That shows alot about how you do business.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the food was really good! I would for sure tell my family and friends to check the place out, it’s so good!

You can go in and order whatever you want, OR you could ask an employee what they recommend, I’m almost sure you’d enjoy said recommendation(s).

We did this for dinner tonight and we were NOT disappointed at all.

Thank you El Morro employees! We enjoyed our dinner and we’ll be seeing you guys in the future, to try something different!

I’ve been to El Morro a few times and each time has been a good experience. The staff and owners are friendly and always have a very welcoming attitude. The food is great, I’ve tried different dishes and I’ve not been disappointed. The taste on everything is on point. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is pleasant. This is a true Latin cuisine and I recommend it to everyone.

I had a delicious lunch here of pork and yucca with a guava soda. There are several types of proteins you can try as well as different rice sides and yucca. There were three different kinds of cold salads including one that had chicken and green bananas which sounded interesting. There were a couple of kinds of deserts which I will have to try next time! The woman who showed me all the different foods was very nice!

I was going to leave a review when I first dined here… But I forgot. All that matters is that I remembered today. At first it was awkward because we weren’t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves and I was completely ignorant about using a digital menu. But once those tiny issues were resolved, it was amazing. I hope to everything that this family owned family recipe restaurant gets it’s due. It was weird to be in an old staple (Miley’s) ordering real home cooked food. I’m definitely going to be a regular.

Food and service was fantastic! Prices were very reasonable & the menu changes daily. The beef stew, yellow rice, and rellenos de papa (potato balls) were all excellent. We will definitely be returning for lunch again soon!
