The food here is really good and it comes out very quickly no matter how many people are there. The staff are very friendly and all but one that I have experienced are very quick. The staff are attentive to your needs from margaritas to wet towels while you’re curled up on the floor (I have witnessed this). My ONLY complaint is they don’t have fishbowl size margaritas, other than that five stars for them.

Got 2 taco salads only. Toppings & meat use to come all together, now it’s separated. That’s ok but I don’t know if that made the taco shell stale but it was, that & price was only negative. We paid $25 for just those two taco salads. That was a little high for them, for what we got. They were very good regardless, I couldn’t finish it. Staff was very friendly & they had my call in order super fast.

El Monte is my favorite Mexican Restaurant and they always have been since they first opened here. Grilled Chicken Nachos are my go to at any Mexican Restaurant but El Monte does them the best. Also the Three Amigos makes for a great meal when I don’t want an entire plate of Nachos.
