The Fajita Burrito is the best $8 (approximately) you can spend on food in Santa Fe. They toasty-up the tortilla. The meat has next to no fat and is charred to perfection. Then they put salsa and sour cream on to it, if you want them to. You can spend $30 at these other places around the plaza and you get a fraction of the quality. An exemplary business to say the least. El Molero for life!

Fun permanent food truck if you want to enjoy lunch in the main Plaza. While everything was tasty recommend chicken fajita over beef. Both chicken and pork tamales were delicious and for the non adventurous the hot dog was nicely done and hit my sons spot. Owners said the food rotates every day. And we could easily picnic in the lovely park.

Whenever in Santa Fe we stop at this cart for world’s best pork tamales & beef fajita burritos. I cannot say enough about his food! Why bother with sit-down restaurants when you can go to this cart for $3 tamales & $8 burritos!!! You will not walk away hungry.

We found them at the Plaza in Santa Fe. After a discussion of where to sate our appetite with a late lunch we decided to hit up the cart. They were out of the red chile pork tamales so we settled on the last two of their green chile chicken tamales and a beef fajita wrap. The tamales were delicious and despite the beef being a little dry (not surprising for the end of their day) it was still delicious. The service was great, both guys running the cart were smiling and friendly, we were able to pay with a credit card which was not expected but convenient and it was the serving size and price were exactly what we needed. Hopefully when we return today it will be in time to get the pork tamales!

The perfect place to grab food while in the Plaza! The green chili chicken tamales were fairly mild, while the red chili pork were much spicier. Both were delicious! And a very fair price for handmade tamales.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Back in the day I used my lemonade stand money to buy their fajitas and fresh squeezed limeade. Prices have remained low and the quality in food and service is always exceptional!

Fajita street food??? We couldn’t resist – they were so juicy it was dripping all over us. We all really enjoyed it – they were super friendly – the prices were just right!!! Recommended if you something good, cheap, and fast.
