I had a cheese tamale, a cabeza taco, a chorizo taco, a pastor taco, and a tripa taco. The cabeza was soft and juicy and the verde honestly tasted like it was made to pair with it. The chorizo was so flavorful and a little bit spicy, maybe a little less greasy than I like but everyone has their preferences. The tripas was so good, like a grilled-crispy style that I don’t find a lot, and tasted like tripa instead of just fried food. The pastor was sweer, and just a little smoky. The tamale was delicious, spevifically the masa, and perfect as a closer because it was filling. The verde was sour and I loved it, the roja was spicy and I loved it. They’re mini tacos, so not too filling for 1, but definitely delicious af, and it’s a truck so they’re cheap and you can get a bunch if you want; I wanna say my whole order was like $15. They take card and cash.
This is one of those places that deserves more attention than it gets; operated by a nice older couple who clearly have pride in the food they serve.
